We visit this restaurant every time we celebrate an occasion & enjoyed the foods every time. We love their salmon dish & unlimited shrimp deal. Red lobster never disappoints us. Their biscuits r the best in the world. The dessert items are bigger & delish. The servers are friendly and patient too. It’s a bae place to both me & my husband.

I will never order from here again!! It took them over an hour to make my food when I scheduled a pick up for a specific time and when I arrived I still had to wait about an hour for my food to be made. Even with the tracker saying it's ready for pickup and it was not. Both employees I spoke with on the phone were rude and unprofessional. I asked for mashed potato and my order said baked potato so when I called they tell me they are sold out of mashed potato. Don't bother if you want to wait over an hour for your food and deal with rude people!!!

I want to share my complete disappointment with the service I received yesterday at red lobster in Piscataway, New Jersey. I went with my 2 sons, and after being seated, we waited for 10 minutes for the waiter to serve us. We placed our order and asked him to get the food as quickly as possible, as my boys were hungry. I understand that time is needed to prepare the food, but we were sitting for 20 minutes after placing the order to get the biscuits, not even the food. Other tables that came after us received their biscuits 10 minutes ahead of us. We left without even having our meals as we felt we were ignored and overlooked. The service provided to us was completely unacceptable, especially after talking to the manager, who did not try to do anything to help us.

My family and I chose this Red Lobster to dine. Our first server was rough around the edges and we requested to change servers which the supervisor Stephanie got for us and the new server was awesome! The Atlantic salmon was tasty and the Admiral's Feast was great if you are into batter dipped and fried seafood. I gave 4 stars because of the initial hiccup with the first server, but after that everything went smoothly. In the pics: Admiral's Feast and Triple berry sangria

My meal was delicious with the best of all three, fish, shrimp & lobster. My sangria could've been a little stronger but it was tasty & enjoyable. Good dining experience especially during this pandemic. The restaurant was empty & it made me feel comfortable that it wasn't crowded. I would eat at this location again.

We made a reservation for 7 at this Red Lobster to celebrate Mother’s Day on the day and we did. We had a wonderful time and the food was great. The Manager was at the front of the restaurant and helped to check people in. The Manager was an older gentleman who obviously had lots of experience and it showed. It was great because of Management and the staff who followed his good leadership. I would give more than 5 stars if possible 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Not the most pleasant place to come to when picking up/delivering orders. Even if you’re behind or busy, you’re supposed to communicate with your customers, especially those waiting awhile for pickups close to 20 plus minutes. When you bring them out, you pass them out, not keep them waiting another 10min while you do another order. And by just a simple inquiry into those orders, shouldn’t have been a big deal, nor should’ve it led to threats by an immature customer.
