The Staff Was Very Polite and Hard Working There Were a Couple Behind The Scenes Issues That Were Handled Very Discreetly, and Professionally By Wait And Management Staff Together They Overcame The Slight Obstacles and Produced a Quality Service Experience, Tonight We Celebrated My Wife's Birthday In Style With $20 Unlimited Shrimp Their Was a Bit Of a Wait To Be Seated But of Course Was a Friday Night So Is To Be Expected, Luckily I Had Called In Earlier and Made a Reservation Which Is Highly Recommended, There Were More Than 5 Different and Unique Shrimp Options Including Coconut With Pineapple (Piña Colada Style) Dipping Sauce, Scampi, Alfredo With Noodles, Dragon, Fire Roasted Skewered, and More Comes Complete With Choice of 2 Sides, I Also Had The Boston Style Cranberry Tea IS Unsweetened But Has a Really Pleasant Flavor, Also Had The Watermelon Lemonade Very Flavorful a 10.oz Steak With a Bacon Topped Mac & Cheese Side With Spiral Noodles, And a Side Order of Crab Legs All and All Even With UnExpected Hiccups Was a Pleasant Experience Not Priced For a Regular Dining Spot of An Average Family Coming in at Just Shy of $200 For Family of 5 But Makes a Special Night Even More Special and at $20 For Unlimited Shrimp and Cheddar Biscuits Huge Parking Lot and Great Staff Is Worth Coming Back Again For... #SizzleSaidIt #KICHRadio #SizzleReviews

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! We came for the endless shrimp and ir took 35-40 min for a plate??? Shrimp takes 3-5 min to cook! Do yourself a favor .. Springs had Juicy Seafood and the service is better , the food is better and you will make it up and back from Pueblo by the time that you get your meal and refills from Red Lobster Pueblo! Worst restaurant here in less you have 2-3 hours on your hands to eat... 1 hr and still nothing, so hungry ate the biscuits in the butter from 1st serving.. Kitchen Manager Matt- Is not a manager Service Manager Lori- never seen her in over an hour of asking for her. General Manager Kendra Kastendieck need to be a Gen Manager and get her people straight! Worst service in Pueblo!!!

Best Birthday ever. The food was delicious. The staff was awesome. Fast and accurate order. Try the crab legs, fresh and delish. Order the chocolate, you won’t be disappointed.

I don't know where to begin. Arrived about 115pm. Restaurant was nearly empty. We waited at a minimum of 15 minutes for our drink orders to be taken. We're smart though, we knew what was coming so we ordered our food at the same time as the drinks. About an hour later, after watching the 2 other booths who came in after us get not only their apps but also their meals, we finally got our food. Some of it. The waitress seemed to forget one item from each booth. The majority was dried out as if it had been under a warmer for a while. Husband's fish was dried up, same with my shrimp skewer and my daughter's as well. Fries were good when they eventually arrived. But not coming back to this location. Terrible service. Even a bit of communication from the server would have gone a long way.

Great date night! The food was fresh and delicious. The White Peach Sangria is the perfect pairing for the UNLIMITED shrimp for $20! We always go later in the evening (7:30-8:00) to avoid a longer wait time. The service was great! There was a family having a birthday party near our table vaping in the dining room, which was unpleasant, but they left shortly after we arrived.

Best seasoned, slightly caramelized grilled shrimp. Coconut shrimps are big and to die for

Waiting was good. The manager kept going around to different tables making sure the waitstaff was doing there job right. It was kind of awkward. Our waitor was just fine without her micromanagement. Also the manager went to certain tables offering them discounts, but, the manager skipped certain tables, which made me feel I wasn't a deserving enough to be offered a discount she offered others. My bill was only $120, so maybe I didn't spend enough, idk. The food was good though. Same old atmosphere which is barely equivalent to golden corral. Come on Red Lobster, you can do better.

So thankful they entertained us even though it was 5 minutes till closing. We were having a rough day and we needed food. Manager and staff were kind enough to cook for us & have a conversation.
