The servers were attentive and kind, the mushrooms didn’t come out of the kitchen correct and so they kindly took them back and took the cost off our bill. There were many options of different dishes for appetizers, entrees, and desserts. I would recommend this place to seafood lovers. But Despite these positives the food was just not great, the mussels did not have as much flavor as other places, and the mushrooms did not taste right.
My friend and I enjoyed a very nice relaxed birthday dinner together. Our birthdays are 2 days apart. The waiters were very good. The food was delivered rather fast. One waiter sang Happy Birthday! He didn't dance or clap his hands, like some other places I've seen. They were not pushy trying to get us moving. Very nice. We both had the All You Can Eat Shrimp Fest.
Where to start with this one. I had my wife call and order lunch when we were about 20 minutes away. We were coming down to visit my mom from Mesa. She used the automated system to order the food. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! Don''t ever use it. After 10 minutes, the automated system kicked her out and she had to talk to someone at the restaurant. Took over 15 minutes to order 5 meals. Food will be ready in 20 minutes. Walked in about 10 minutes early to check on the food. Hardly anyone was in the restaurant. Bar tender informed me that they were out of an item that we ordered. Changed the one item. Told that the food should be up shortly. After 20 minutes, I asked about the food. Got no answer. After 25 minutes I asked again. Was told that they need to finish the Mac and Cheese. Asked after 30 minutes, yes, 30 minutes the one host went back to check. He disappeared. Had to ask again. Took 40 minutes to prepare 5 meals with hardly any customers in the restaurant. The manager apologized and gave me a $10 gift card. As for the food, saying it was a huge disappointment is an understatement. Order cheddar cheese bay shrimp and got Walt's favorite shrimp. Fish and chips was one small piece of fish that was rubbery with a few fries thrown in when we ate about 15 minutes after getting the food. Not worth the $115. we spent. Let's just say that I will never go to this location again. Huge disappointment is an understatement.
This place always does a good job of taking care of me and my large family. We miss the party platter shrimp cocktail. But always food you expect and great service. Manger even checks in on you. Personally, this location never seems really busy, at least when we have been.
Delicious as ever. Took a little long to get our food, but the food was great. Nice atmosphere.

The wife and I came in for my pre birthday dinner tonight, we had Brian as our sever he was on top of drinks and shrimp refills! Had a great chat with the GM & Stephanie the kitchen manager about the new Dragon shrimp and the hidden shrimp item too. We have a great evening out for my pre birthday dinner, I had a coupon for a birthday dessert but I way over ate and had no room. This team is amazing, highly recommended for your next dining choice.
My husband and I enjoyed dinner on 9/9/23. We had our very first date 11 years ago on September 9th and were married 10 years ago on September 7th. So, we enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Red Lobster Oro Valley location. Ruben was our server who was very attentive and professional. He took the time to even have staff in the kitchen take the time to crack the large claws of my 2 lb steamed Maine Lobster whose claws were tough to crack open. Two additional staff even checked in on us during the course of our meal in addition to Ruben. Nice job, excellent customer service, wonderful food, we will be back.
