There was a wait time of 25 minutes on the weekend but that wasn't too bad. We ordered shrimp Alfredo, scampi, lobster tail, coconut shrimp etc and queso dip etc. All tastes really good and customer service was top notch! Recommended.
Red Lobster’s Novi is one of our favorite restaurants food is great and reasonable prices especially when they have 3 course meal, Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the menu offering great recommendations. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. All the dishes we tried were very delicious we strongly recommend this place!!
I had a wonderful experience at Novi Red Lobster on Thursday! Claudette my server was fantastic! She took time to explain the menu to me and answered every question I had! My meal was timed perfectly and everything came out great! I will definitely be returning in the near future! It seems hard to get great service these days and Claudette and the team at Novi Red Lobster exceeded my expectations! Thanks guys
Just had dinner here. Service was great and so was the food. Salmon New Orleans never disappoints! Jonah was our server, he was excellent. Very courteous and professional. Very attentive as well! Thank you!
Omg I had the best service 9/29 everything was perfect and I know your saying that’s impossible well this lady name Geri treated me and my children like family as if my mother was there all I’m going to say if you go to red lobster in novi ask for Geri you’ll thank me later she even made a card for my sons Birthday
Friendly staff from the hostess to our waitress Geri, who was great! The kitchen was a little busy. The food was great and hot. Biscuits were probably the best anywhere!!
Overall, it was a great experience. Although some food scraps, a knife on the floor and bathroom needed some attention, we really enjoyed the food we ordered and service (Latoya). It was awesome. Our table enjoyed the sirloin, grilled salmon, house salad, baked potatoes, popcorn shrimp & more. Even manager came by to see if we were good. We'd go again.
We have been going to red lobster on our wedding anniversary for years and after tonight we will no longer be supporting this location and possibly Red Lobster restaurant. Though the crab legs were exceptional. The rest of the food was sub par at best. We told our waitress that it was our anniversary, and it was as if we had never mentioned it. On our way out the waitress wished me happy birthday after offering no free desert, in fact our waitress never asked us if we wanted desert. From the time we walked in, we were greeted by our loud, overbearing waitress that seemed like she was trying to get us out the door as quick as possible. We ordered the vanilla bean cheesecake, and noticed that there was a card on the table that read the cheesecake was new! It did not taste like vanilla being cheesecake at all and the presentation was even worse. We asked the waitress and we’re told the reason why the cheesecake was new was because they now added strawberries to it? When the truth is the cheesecake is an entirely different cheesecake that does not taste like cheesecake or vanilla bean that we have been served for years. Basically we were lied to. Oh yea the manager was of little help and was rude.
