Cheesy crab fries are delicious. The waitress IRIS is a must to have serve you. She made our beautiful princess very happy. The manager is one of a kind and is very sociable. Great environment for family with kids. Highly recommend. Food was hot and delicious. Was nicely paced!
Best Red lobster that I have ever had. Top notch platinum level service. Very easy parking. Nice level of alcohol in the margarita. My late night in the middle of the week dinner was as close to perfection as I ever experienced.
Jon was THE MOST amazingly attentive waiter from the time we sat in his area. His choice recommendations of what to eat down to his service of bringing our table fresh hot garlic cheese biscuits.!! I hadn't been in awhile but we tild John we'd definitely be back.

The food is always great when we go, and the last time we went the service from our waitress was great. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is we were told it would be a 25 minute wait and waited closer to an hour and a half. We had a toddler with us so it was hard to keep her entertained while waiting, we would have gone somewhere else if they would have been honest about time. We were told repeatedly over about 20 mins that they were just "cleaning a table off" for us but it seemed to take quite a while to do that. However, after this experience the waitress was very sweet and polite and our food came out in good time!
After telling us our wait was going to be 45 min , we ended up waiting more than an hour. When we finally got our table , we waited about 20 30 min for our waiter to take our order, after she took our order .. waited almost another hour for our food , and when we finally got our food it was missing a lobster tail I had ordered 🤦♀️ long story short , my lobster tail arrived when we were getting ready to leave. Terrible experience
4.5, clean, good service. The server did forget a salad, but he was quick to correct. Nice portions, flavor was good. Only waited 20 minutes on a Saturday night. My one critique is that they should redesign the bacon scallop app. Maybe increase the amount you get to five or six. Or relabel it as an amuse-bouche. If you have a table of four you're only getting one bite.
Went here on Friday around 8pm, we were sat quickly at the the table but the service was terrible. There was no refills, server could not be found for a long period of time. When she did come to the table until it was time to bring out our food. We asked asked for out drinks before hand and not until our main course came out she brought it way after. She had a very monotonous tone, I get it i work with customers all day but there is no need to be greeted like that. It was not very busy. I would not suggest this place to anyone, my bill came out to be 133 for three people, I was very disappointed for the food quality and quantity.
