We had dinner at red lobster. We had the endless shrimp. It was amazing as always. I drove it over an hour away for this location. Stephanie was our waitress. She was super amazing. Stephanie G was our waiter and she was super amazing. Service was the amazing food was amazing, she was so wonderful her and her team that helped her out. Thank you so much for such a wonderful staff such a wonderful food and such a wonderful experience these days it’s hard to say these things but at this location today it was amazing at red lobster the staff, the food everything was to die for.
There was a lot of waiting. We waited a long while to get seated. We waited a long while to get our famous biscuits (which were under baked). And our server was clearly stretched too thin, but very nice. The food was very good and just look at the sunset from the mall parking lot
The food here is very delicious. Staff is friendly. The problem is they're under staff, so have some extra time put to the side for service. The workers will do their best, but you will feel like you're being ignored at times. But it's really just the lack of help. Love the service people when they are there.
It had been a while since my family and I last visited Red Lobster, but we decided to give it another try. To our delight, the service was exceptional. We were particularly impressed by our waiter, Eugene, who showed an unwavering commitment to our group of four children. Eugene was efficient, intelligent, compassionate, and had an impressive knowledge of the menu. His warm demeanor left us all happy by our meal's end. In fact, the two of us agreed that Eugene was the best waiter we have ever had in this town. The food was also delectable. I highly recommend making a reservation with Eugene or requesting his service for an unforgettable experience. We sincerely appreciate your outstanding service, Eugene.
I dined it with a party of 7. A waitress, Heather got straight to us. She brung the biscuits and drinks out very fast and helped us out soo much! She made us feel very comfortable and we had some laughs with her. She was the kindest soul and when we went to go take pictures outside, she offered to take it for us and she was just so sweet and amazing! I will most definitely come back there hoping to see her again! The food was amazing too! She was constantly checking up on us and making sure we were okay, needed refills, and others. Besides her, the food was really really good!! The menu had a variety of foods and drinks! Delicious :)

This Red Lobster location was amazing!! My husband and I were there on vacation with some friends a few weeks ago, and we all agreed that our waitress, Jen, was the absolute best waitress we have ever had!! She was waiting tables and working the bar, and she did an absolutely amazing job!! She was very attentive to her customers, and went above and beyond to ensure she proved the best customer service possible to all her customers!! Awesome job, Jen!! We wish there were more waitresses like you!!
I went on a Thursday evening about 7:30 hopefully the place will not be crowded. Well to my surprise there was only six tables of people in the whole restaurant and the service was horrible slow. The food I received was with a lobster tail and skewered shrimp and broccoli. The plates are so small now with days that the butter they poured on the lobster was all over the rice and shrimp making it almost edible, but I ventured on. The biscuits were good and I ate everything on my plate. I won't be going back to this restaurant because it's just not like it was before. The portions are smaller and the prices are higher.
