Took a while to get seated...booth was dirty...mind you we got here right at 11 on Monday morning.... Waitress and food was excellent. We ordered the Endless shrimp 🍤 😋 Service was incredibly slow 🐌 😴

First time today. Based on the reviews I was hesitant trying this location. However, we were pleasantly surprised/satisfied with our lunch today. Our waitress was amazing and very kind. The lobsterita’s were HUGE!! The food was hot and delicious. EVERYTHING WAS BOMB. I would definitely come back again. Thank you for great service 🙏🏽

Completely enjoyed the dinner experience I had with my wife this night at Red Lobster. Our server was a very wonderful young lady who took very good care of our order and continued to check to see if there was anything we needed but not to interrupt our dinner at all. The restaurant was clean and presentable while the atmosphere was very cosy and st the time pretty quiet even with the small amount of people there. There is zero complaints of the food or orders. The Lobster and crab was soft and juicy. The clams and calamari were breaded and cooked perfectly while my shrimp and fish were also to speak highly of. We enjoyed this evening so much, we went back 2 weeks later to have the Endless Shrimp 🍤. That days experience was 5 star all the way around as well. Absolutely recommended this establishment and there food. Those cheddar bay biscuits are best.

This is description on line. “Lively chain restaurant serving American seafood standards amid New England-themed decor.” Not even close. It was dark , somber and like a morgue. Not a cheery or smiling employee in the place. The decor is depressing and outdated. Dark walls , seating, carpet and ceiling. Old and dated, probably original. Our waiter was at our table to take drink order, food order, and deliver them, then he brought check. Never checked in between or to see how meal was. Then I heard hostess seat a table and say to them , your waitress is … , wherever she is! These employees need additional training and a motivational talk. Our food and drinks were good, food was tasty and warm. That’s the only positive vibe we got. It was not at all busy-so they cannot use that excuse. Service tip reflected in what we left. Secondly bill was not correct , only a couple of dollars, but not worth enduring the negative vibes in this place.

Red Lobsters been one of my favorite restaurant but we dont have one in Alaska. I love Seafood so this restaurant only make sense to visit. The food was surprisingly good and love the service. The staff were nice and friendly. I would definitely come back.

Horrible. I would give negative stars if it was an option. Don’t understand why this place is still open. We went on Fathers Day and should have known how bad it was when the place was not busy at all. It still took almost 2 hours to get our food. Arrived at 7:20pm and food was not brought to the table until 915. There was only 6 in our party but you would have thought we surprised them with a party of 20. Drinks were never refilled unless we asked and the server kept saying “Damn” every time we asked him. The manager kept saying loudly for everyone to hear that she refused to clean unless they got her a vacuum because she wasn’t using a broom and dust pan. The floors were filthy and covered in food not just under the tables but throughout the restaurant. See pic of mess on floors and signs they were putting up to cover the mess. Note the manager just walking right past it all. The bathrooms were filthy. Every time we asked about our food the server kept saying “15 minute I hope”. The manager refused to come to our table when requested even though she was standing by the check in podium. When the food finally arrived part of the order was missing and some dishes were cold. We stayed because we had one person in a wheelchair and didn’t want to put her through more stress of finding another restaurant. There was no apologies for the state of the restaurant, the quality of food or poor service. I will not eat at this location again or take family and friends. I did report to the health dept with pictures. Very sad at the lack of concern in the staff especially management.

We went there last night and the service was horrible as well as the management I tried to get a manager and no one was paying attention. We had lobster mashed potatoes and there was shells all over in it. As well as there was shells in the lobster tacos. We had to ask over 6 times for the biscuits. She screwed up the drinks and forgot a drink. I had to ask for my salad. And when we went to pay she took off with my debit card for 30 minutes and served others their food then came back with my card. I gave no tip and made sure to tell the others that were standing around that they shouldn’t eat there because the service is horrible and management doesn’t care about you even when you try to flag them down. My family and I will NEVER go there again!!!

Worst restaurant experience in my entire life. Arrived to the restaurant at 9PM. The restaurant closed at 11PM. The 1st red flag was that the restaurant was empty at 9PM. We came in for endless shrimp as a party of 8. They looked like they have never had this many people come in at once. They acted like it was an issue that it was 8 of us. It took over an hour to get our food. It took so long that we almost walked out. When we asked to speak to a manager she refused to come out but instead told the server that we don’t have to pay for our food but we can’t ever come back there again. I was shocked because we did nothing wrong. We found out that the staff had been sent home and that the server was actually preparing and serving the food. This Red Lobster needs to be addressed immediately and the manager needs to be disciplined. I’ve heard of horrible restaurant experiences but never experienced it 1st hand. RED LOBSTER COOPERATE LOOK AT THE REVIEWS. RED LOBSTER SHOULD NOT HAVE A GOOGLE RATING OF LESS THAN 4 STARS LIKE THIS ONE HAS. Update the manager lied and said that we refused to pay but I have the video of the waitress telling us we don’t have to pay. The manager is a liar and should be terminated. She is running that store into the ground.
