My husband and I came on a Thursday evening. For the endless shrimp 🍤 the wait was a bit longer than normal for a table for two. However, once seated we received great customer service and good food.

We had a very nice waitress. I most definitely will be going back. Food was hot fresh and d e l i c i o u s. 😋

We had a great experience at Red Lobster in Jonesboro. The food was great. Healthy servings. Clean restaurant. Pleasant and friendly employees. The host and waiter both were very polite and attentive. I have nothing but positive remarks about our visit. And those cheddar biscuits... we all know how good they are. Wow.

My daughter, son-in-law and I went September 7 (my birthday) and the wait staff were nice. The food was definitely not what I had hoped it to be. I ordered the crab legs and Brussels sprouts. I couldn't eat either - the only thing I could stand to eat was my baked potato. Crab legs tasted almost like they were ruined and the Brussels sprouts were so hard, I couldn't eat them. Don't think we'll go back.

Our server was Lanie. She was delightful and attentive. She went above to make certain our needs were met. Our food was served hot and delicious.

Chain restaurants usually dont get 5 stars from me. So this red lobster had the standard menu. Enjoyed the endless pasta. Love the cheese buscuits as always. Staff was friendly but unable to be attentive (drinks not refilled nunerous times) because of 2 large birthday dinner tables both with crying babies and toddllers which really put a damper on our dining experience. They should seat these parties seperately ffrom the rest of the world. There were certainly plenty of empty tables in other rooms of yhe restaurant.

Our waitress was Sherri. We seated and got our drinks and just about ordered immediately. We got seated about 5pm. Our food (which 4 of the orders were the exact same order, the 5th was a streak) we didn't get our food till 615pm. When the waitress asked if we needed anything else, my mother n law voiced her concerns about how long we had been waiting and the waitress was extremely rude. She said each shrimp plate takes ten minutes and the one steak takes 30. She was extremely rude for 3 fourths of our meal. Then when we were about to get ready to pay, she started being nice and made a point to emphasize the tip percentage on the receipt. And basically said she only makes two an hour and was like it would be nice for a tip. That's unprofessional and after as rude as she was up to that point she shouldn't expect a tip.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to waste their time and throw away a significant chunk of change on this place. We were craving crab legs, so we drove 60 miles to have the worst crab legs of our life. The crab legs were extremely over done and we had a hard time getting ANYTHING out of them. The roasted potatoes were burned. The drinks from the bar (margarita and sunset passion colada) were awful, too. The server was nice, but seemed very frustrated with a slow kitchen, bar, and that he had been too many tables to cover, so we left him a good tip. Husband was still starving, after dropping over $100 on this hot mess of a meal, so we went next door to Longhorn Steakhouse and had a couple of GREAT steaks.
