Very consistent food and service like any other Red Lobster. A good location also right by the mall. We had flounder, shrimp, lobster, crispy green beans and fries (which were described as sea salted but they really were not). All in all, good decent Red Lobster meal that you would expect.
I’m giving my review off of todays meal. I got shrimp and lobster tacos and a Caesar salad. I ordered by app. I asked for it be ready at 4pm got there at about 4:04pm. Was told be out shortly. I sat and watched till 4:18pm. Finally my food ready. Get home and take a bite it cold. I heat it up. Here is opinion about the shrimp lobster taco. Where the lobster? If it was in there I did not see or even recognize it. It would of been really good if the shrimp was not fried. The huge fried shrimp would fall out of the tortillas. I would eat the shrimp then eat what left of taco. If it had not been fried this taco would of been amazing. Salad is good and biscuit too. Giving a 4 cause of the not so speedy food delivery and falling fried shrimp. I have added so past photos of previous meals at this location.
Red Lobster is one of my absolute favorite restaurants. Their menu selections are just amazing. No matter what I order, I am always delighted with my meal . Joliet RedLobster is a good location out of many. Servers are also great and always efficient, happy, and polite. Some of my favorite entrées are Ultimate feast / Rock Lobster & shrimp, Bar Harbor Lobster Bake. For starters, I highly recommend the Langostino Lobster-Artichoke & seafood dip . My favorite side dish is Brussels Sprout, baked potatoes 😋
Awesome server is what i can say. She was so considerate and perfect serving and order taking. They give in starting there famous biscuits which are so hard to resist and you can keep eating. We ordered combination of 2 and 2 sides. Cesar salad and broccoli as side and salmon for extra pay. Shrimp popcorn was ok l, salmon was so good if you like well done salmon. Pasta was cheesy enough with lots of shrimp.
I like seafood as a change of pace from red meat. It seems that the quality of the food at Red Lobster has declined. For example, the fish fillet was so thin and lacking taste. More breading than fish.
Came here on a Saturday around 6pm for dinner with my husband. No line, no wait, super quick service, great food, and friendly staff. Check weekly deals for food and drinks.
We went to the Joliet Red Lobster tonight for an impromptu dinner. It had been quite some time since we've been there but after tonight we will definitely be coming back....soon! The flavor and quality of the endless shrimp was excellent but the service was absolutely outstanding!! Our server was Shannon and she made our visit so much fun and engaging. Not only did she provide top notch service, but her personality and sense of humor was absolutely awesome. Although the food was enjoyable it's Shannon that will bring us back again. She was such a ray of sunshine and I felt like I knew her forever. I double dog dare you to say otherwise. Thank you Shannon for an enjoyable night out! Table 12
Excellent seafood selections. Great service from server, Mike. Food was delivered quickly. Our son's birthday was celebrated with a complimentary dessert. Recommended for quality seafood from a recognized seafood restaurant brand.
