Great first time experience, very friendly staff, great food. Only thing my husband and I was very surprised about was how expensive it was, $100 basically for 2 people for lunch, drinks, and dessert. It was a wow moment. We loved coming here to eat for the first time but it’s just too expensive sadly so we won’t be coming back. Amazing restaurant tho. It was nice to experience something new in our lives.

Last fall, the restaurant in my neck of the woods (Beaumont, TX) closed down and since I was in Hot Springs, I've decided to visit this place! Food was great!

We were excited to come for the bread but was pretty disappointed.. the bread was SO salty. The food was pretty good, i liked the crispy shrimp kung pao noodles. The service was okay, took awhile to get seated too so 3/5.

I took my 91 year old grandpa and 88 year old grandma. He tried lobster tail for the first time. I think he will stick with the crab legs and shrimp. It was good! Just not his favorite. Service was fantastic. The food was better than expected, better than usual. The atmosphere was fine, but could use an upgrade.

Now Hiring! (I hope) I think I saw 2 wait staff in there. Food was delicious our entire party had the endless shrimp. Biscuits where 10 out if 10 as always. But kyle, our outstanding waiter was spread extremely thin. He did well getting to us as often as he could but with 2 or 3 more wait staff this place could be a 4 star place. Anyway, endless shrimp 20$ and you have five different ways to have them. Go, enjoy!

Date night with my honey was absolutely 💯!! Red lobster 🦞 was a 5 star in every way!! Excellent Ambience, extraordinary service and amazing food!!

I mean, it’s okay for a chain but not the best seafood in town. Always good service, hot biscuits, and the food is so so. I recommend the endless shrimp when they have it. Stick with the grilled- it’s awesome. I don’t recommend the fish n chips- the fish is gooey. I honestly just like the biscuits and grilled shrimp. Everything else just doesn’t taste authentic for seafood.

I haven't been to Red Lobster in years, so we tried it. I had the blackened salmon without the shrimp. Well, my hope was that they'd just leave out the shrimp but still provide the sauce....Nope! The first round of biscuits was dry and lukewarm. The second and third rounds were better. My spouse had the all you can eat shrimp. Some how the two of us racked up a $121 bill. Although we had a great waiter, the food was sub-par.
