We went for lunch on a Tuesday, as soon as they opened. There was no wait to be seated. The food was absolutely delicious, and although they have lunch choices, my plate was large as dinner. The waitress was very attentive and nice. She helped with the menu. If you want to save money, don't order an appetizer and drink water. Prices are expensive for lunch.

Awesome service & food! Our waitress, Callie H. was amazing. She catered to our every need! The biscuits were fresh and the vanilla bean cheesecake is a must!

Lots of parking, the lot was clean and attractive landscaping. The inside was out dated and dark but clean. No crowd at lunch, reasonably staffed. Group of five at lunch from work, the food was good. I would recommend the salmon, it wasn’t hot by the time it got to the table but it was seasoned very well. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food. You have to pay at the table on a never working self check out. One person paid their ticket and it stopped working. After three attempts through the nonchalant hostess to get the server back to the table to process our ticket, it was 20 minutes. This is a big deal to me if I am pressed for time. Even though the food was good I will not be eating at Red Lobster. There are too many other places that are more efficient in all categories.

My wife and I have had a tradition of going to this Red Lobster on our anniversary for 27 years because it's where we went on our first date. Last night will be our last time. Upon check in, we were told we had a 45 minute wait time, so we waited - and waited and waited. After an hour, I checked to see how much longer our wait time would be. I was told by the greeter that she couldn't find our reservation. She said I had not been checked in. She argued with me that I was not on the list, even when I showed her the text message stating I was checked in. Then she said she didn't have my phone number, even though I had the text message. Finally, she found me. At that time, we were told 3 guests were ahead of us. So we waited - and waited, and waited. During our now hour and a half wait, the girls working up front played on cell phones, laughed loudly, ordered drinks for themselves at the bar, and mostly ignored anyone coming in. Each person coming in, when they were acknowledged, was told there was a 45 minute wait time. Finally, after well over an hour and a half, I asked again how much longer, and I was told there was a table but it had to be cleaned up and they were trying to find a server and it would be another 15 minutes. I then told her to we were leaving. Her attitude was an oh well. Others waited almost as long as we had and decided to leave as well. This was the worst experience and poorest customer care I have ever received at this Red Lobster, or any other for that matter. I believe it was due to the lack of care from the greeting staff, but even more, the poor management. Proper managers would have known how backed up they were and made proper adjustments. Do not tell a person they have a 45 minute wait when you know that it's at least an hour to two hours. If you are short staffed, that's fine, just let customers know. If you see that there is a full lobby, update the customer. This will be the last time we go to this Red Lobster.

My family and I were traveling through and stopped to eat dinner. It was a busy Friday night and the manager (wish I knew his name) was very accommodating and wanted to ensure that we had great dining experience- and we absolutely did! Wonderful service and food. Highly recommend!

My wife & I had a delightful meal at Red Lobster this afternoon. I had all you can eat shrimp with a side of 1/2 lb. Snow Crab Legs while she had a New York Strip steak w/ Baked potato and salad. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend Red Lobster in Gadsden, AL. The server was. Simply outstanding!

the food was good. however, I had to ask for knive and fork when the food arrived, and after a long wait I just went and took it myself. Same for other things I've asked.

Clean, quiet and good service. Only complaint was the size of the fish that came with my meal. Other than that everything was pretty good. Our server, Kenya, was a doll. Very attentive and professional. The location was not crowded, which was surprising and very clean. We were able to be seated right away.
