Went to Red Lobster for the crab leg special on Tuesday's. The waitress was very attentive and waited on us immediately. I ordered the shrimp and scallop skewer with orzo rice and sautéed Brussel sprouts and a pound of their garlic buttter crab legs. The shrimp and scallops were grilled well and tasty and so were the Brussel sprouts and rice. My only complaint was the crab legs because they were dry and not in garlic butter sauce. The cheddar bay biscuits were delicious as usual! I tried their watermelon lemonade and it was good, not too sweet, not too tart. Overall it was a great lunch!

We haven't to been to Red Lobster I'm quite sometime. Our server was great. The restaurant was clean enough. We got 3 choice meal. I was surprised by the portions because the cheddar Bay biscuits are half the size they used to be. The food was good. We will return soon.

We were seated immediately. All of the food was piping hot and delicious! The cheddar bay biscuits, were especially fluffy, garlicky, and very warm. Our server Star was very attentive and very personable. She was always observant as to what we needed next. We were fortunate to be seated at one of Star’s tables. Ashley, the manager is “ hands on”. She brought out our seafood stuffed mushrooms, which were still sizzling by the way, to help out. We were impressed that she checked on each and every table. My compliments to the entire kitchen staff.

On 9/17/2023, my family of 10 and I went to the Fairview Heights restaurant to be served. We arrived at 3pm. We were told it would be 30 minutes. We added 4 more people to the list. Then we were told another 10 minutes to prepare the table. After time passed and frequent check ins, we were told that they were waiting until everyone arrived to seat our family. We informed them that everyone has been at the restaurant since 3pm but a few had to sit in our car or on the patio because there was no space inside. We were finally seated at 4:45pm and watched while Servers walked past us serving others. We still had not been asked if we wanted drinks, etc. so we left the restaurant at 5pm. Our wait was 2 hours with no service

We arrived at last operating hour of the day, but staff was very accommodating. They were very willing to set us up with a table and get our food order expedited. Server was friendly and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was okay. Food was outstanding!

Excellent food. Service lost us for a bit but still they food was amazing. Loved the Stuffed Mushrooms and the Crab Rangoon Shrimp was delicious 😋 But Garlic Butter Crablegs was the Best!❤ And the Strawberry 🍓topped Pinia Colada was my Favorite!

Our waitress was wonderful! I think her name was Elizabeth. I would have liked to get more lobster for the amount I paid and the lobster and butter were cold so I sent it back to be heated. The loaded baked potato was good but they forgot to make it loaded so had to wait for the toppings. The broccoli was good. Overall I paid too much for what I received😪 Honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a Red Lobster regarding the food.

It has been a while since I have been here. The wait was worth it, though. The food was beyond amazing... crab legs, shrimp, fried Brussel sprouts, baked potato, biscuits, etc. It was hard to choose what was the best, but I had to go with my love of crab legs and fried shrimp. Alex and DJ were our servers! They kept the food coming and our drinks filled. Excellent service!!
