We had reserved ahead of time but it still took a while to sit our party. It was a good experience once we got a table. The waiter explained each of the options, helped us choose the right serving sizes and was quick to offer wine substitutes once it was obvious the bottle we wanted wasn't available. I like that the kids weren't ignored and their orders and additional requests were treated in a timely fashion. Overall, great service.

This place is just great. While yes, the food is not gonna blow you away but it's pretty solid. I mean, you exactly the flavor you expect especially the cheddar bay biscuits, you can't go wrong requesting as many as you can handle. Anyways, the service here has been solid each time I've gone and things were brought out in a fairly timely manner even when I've had a larger party there. Prices are decent and now that the ayce shrimp is back on the regular menu for any day it's a great spot to hit up every now and then. If you want a solid experience, solid food and just the atmosphere you expect from red lobster you'll get it here. I know giving them 5 stars seems crazy but it's just a great experience that it still feels right to me

We were seated next to the kitchen entrance, even when there were plenty of seating away from that area. I had difficulty concentrating on my food because of servers and bussers going in and out of the entrance and passing by our table. As for the meal itself, I enjoyed the biscuits very much. Among the other sides, the baked potato was excellent, but the coleslaw was given to us in a cold dish, indicating that it was pre-dished and placed in a fridge in the back. The cole slaw itself was not as fresh and steeped in a sauce that seemed a little too thick(more mayonaisey?). Our table asked for two surf and turf dishes with a medium rare new york strip steak. What we got was a very thin and very well-done steak that was overly salted. The lobster tail was on the smaller side and we each ate our tail meat in two mouthfuls. For a little over 100 dollars for a lunch for two, I think it may be a better idea to spend a little more and go to a legitimate steak restaurant. Also, we left a tip of $20....we were never even offered a refill of our drinks. The last time I visited a Red Lobsters was when I was in college. I do not think I will come back for another 20 yrs or so 😅😂.

The service was quick. We got greeted and seated promptly . Our server Jaylen was super friendly and attentive , very polite and always came back to check on us. He was awesome. The biscuits were as good as I remember. We got the steak and lobster tail, I would say the steak was a bit on the dry side. I got the seafood combo plate, and we also had the 10 piece coconut shrimp which was very crispy just the way we like it. We came a little late so there weren’t a lot of customers which was pleasant for us because of no waiting time and the food came out quickly. Will be back soon.

This is my wife and I favorite Red Lobsters... We have been going to this location for over 10 years. The biscuits NEVER get old!

I haven’t been here in quite some time and I must admit my experience for lunch today was absolutely amazing! I will admit quality could of been much better but the prices are well priced and the portioning was excellent. I took advantage of the endless shrimp specials there serve on Monday’s only and my girlfriend order a lobster seafood pasta of off the dinner menu. We enjoyed every bite and service was top notch, will be back to try more real soon!

The staff was friendly (I was greeted as soon as I came in), and my order was correctly filled. The take-out representative took the time to go through all of the items in the bag/order with me. We had a little issue with payment, but it was quickly resolved. As a consolation for the issue, I was offered a drink. When I left I was thanked and acknowledged again. This was a wonderful customer service experience, and the staff made me feel like they actually wanted and appreciated my business. This was my first time at this location, but I will make it a point to go here going forward.

The nicest Red Lobster I've been to. There is plenty of space and the waiting staff is super nice. The food came out quickly and tasted great.
