Loved my experience here everything was done with attentiveness from the servers. Thank you Tommy for being our server, you did so well for my big family of 15 people. The food was good, Love what I ordered would recommend Walt's Favorite Shrimp and the Peach Iced Tea such good flavors. Very tasteful and yummy. I enjoyed my time here would come again.
Worse red lobster ever. This bar and table sat like this for 30 mins. I walked out Worse experience ever. Ashely should be fired Instead of cleaning this guy was lounging. Not a break. Someone even asked him why tables were dirty. Bartender let someone sit at that filthy bar and didn’t blink. She walked out too.
First time at this red lobster, food and service was great. Especially for the price. Our waiter was very sweet and attentive. Wish they can update the internal decoration though.
Excellent service tonight from Clifton! Very friendly and engaging, was so quick to tend to us and every occupied table tonight. He never let anyone's drinks stay empty. Had family in town and we decided on Red Lobster for dinner, got lucky with an endless shrimp special and tried plenty of their options, all fantastic. New crispy dragon shrimp was a delight, full of flavor. Possibly the best location we've been to.
The best thing was the biscuits. Margarita was sent back because it tasted stale and like only juice was in it. Fried flounder breading had no flavor. Mac&Cheese tasted like it came from a school cafeteria. The steak was cooked as requested. Will not be back to this Red Lobster.
Ms China did a wonderful job of making 👏 🙌 our weekly date night successful. Her recommendations were spot on. I found her energy captivating and her service level impeccable. She had a party of 16 and still managed to make us feel attended to. 11.3 update Tommy served us swiftly and kindly. Nice job 👏
Waitress was personable but seemed overburdened as in low staff because she was everywhere, forgetful at times about requests for tableware or drinks, and seemed tired. Overall though she was great, apologetic, and worked to make up for any oversight. Food was good and plentiful as well. Left a good tip. Hope our waitress was able to make her shift alright, had a good gratuity return, and was able to have better nights.
My wife really loves this place. She said that the snow crab legs were the best she had ever eaten.
