Online To go order was promptly ready at the time expected and accurately. However the portion of fries was skimpy and disappointingly the fish was tiny, rubbery and overcooked. The biscuits were delicious and fresh. The vanilla bean cheesecake was good.

Red lobster just isn't what it used to be. I ordered the lobster tails one time and they looked more like prawns lol! I'm like, how did this even come out of the kitchen?? I should've been given like 4 of them if this is the current size. The waiters however is what kept the visit interesting this past visit. It definitely was not the food. The salad picks shown are from a salad that looked to be made the day before and yet it was still served, annnnd it was cold which is how I like my salads but further let me know the salad had been sitting. I mean wilted Lettuce is a main giveaway...

I used to come here every year for my birthday, I'd order a lobster 🦞 to treat myself, I've also tried the pasta back then the food was delicious 🤤 but today I was very disappointed ☹️. I understand that there may be different cooks on different shifts and different days therefore the taste of the food may vary. Today the pasta 🍝 taste as if it was sitting in water drained then put directly in the bowl, the bowl had too many noodles, a very small amount of sauce was poured in it and a few sprinkles of mystery meat was put on top of the noodles, but I ordered crab it taste like fish or it must of came out of a can, this isn't fresh seafood at all, the prices they charge I expect better. They did remake the pasta the presentation was pretty but the food tasted the same, I see someone doesn't know how to cook crab pasta. The stuffed mushroom dish was stuffed with a mushy stuffing I don't know what it was made of, I had to dig down in the dish to find the mushrooms because they were too small. The biscuits were delicious I give a shout out to whoever made those. Maybe I'll try again on another day.

Waiter took our drinks and gave us bread , no plates. Waiter finished 3 tables while avoiding us , and left. We waited well over 30 mins for WATERS. We placed our order with the waiter when she asked what we wanted to drink. She never returned. I also ordered a mango Strawberry Daiquiri, the server brought out a different drink (twice) after showing the picture and given the name , I get the drink every time I come here , bartender came and was argumentative stormed away and said what’s wrong with these people today after I asked for a manager. After that the other server came brought us food , with UNCOOKED rice. They literally took the rice from the bag and plated it and gave it to us. We asked to be replaced with broccoli , the broccoli never came , until we asked another server that was not ours to bring it. We never got the refills for the endless shrimp so we paid the money for no reason. After the manger talked to us and offered us a discount for the experience we got TWO dollars off. Only two dollars for the horrible experience we received.

I give it 4 stars because the staff def tried but management had to be missing in action. There was no order but the servers tried their best. The 15 min wait we were told was way past that but that was a little to be expected on a Sunday. The cleanliness of it was the no go for me. Table was filthy, floors weren't swept in between customers and the bathroom was def not up to par but once again I don't blame the staff, that def came from lack of leadership. On the flip side the food was good and of course the biscuits are always a must. India our server was over worked but she def kept a pleasant smoke and was very attentive. Id go back just for her. Kudos to her for working well under pressure.

Updated 9/22/23. Ordered crabby cheese fries, waiting an hour for my meal, my partners come but mine didn’t. The waitress said they don’t have what they need to make them. Instead of informing me of this to pick a different meal, I sat and waited. We keep waiting 15-30 minutes every time we ask for something. Even something simple like a refill. Seems like a lack of communication among staff. Do better please! What a great experience! Food was delicious, hot, and fast. Service was excellent!

I had the shrimp linguini Alfredo and it was so dry I threw it away. I also had scallops added to it and a order of grilled shrimp. I'm very upset with my food. I feel like I waisted my money. My server was great. That was the only thing I enjoyed. I know y'all can do better at Thai place. Put your heart into cooking. I took a loss yesterday almost $60. Very disappointed. When we got to the restaurant we had to wait 15 minutes for a hostess to show up to just take our names, and when she finally showed up, she took the names of 4 or 5 other parties ahead of us that had walked in after us. I pointed out that we had gotten there before the other parties, she said she knew that we were first, but she seated them first anyway. Waitress was nice, but overworked and the food was very slow to come out. We got the all you care to eat shrimp, and even though we ordered seconds when the original servings came out, I sat for 15 or 20 minutes waiting for seconds after finishing the originals. The food itself was tasty, but overall a lack of customer service ruined my visit.
