Service was excellent. Chips were warm and crisp. Food was good. Pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere. Good portion sizes. My wife and I were able to split the single fajitas and still have leftovers.
I was told i could not use this coupon because we ordered a margarita??? It says no where on it that you can’t. It’s also Tuesday not Thursday. This is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue like this here. Last time they wanted to charge almost $15 for cheese dip. The place has great food, just tired of going to pay and getting surprised.
The food was mediocre at best. Our server didn’t come back once he delivered our dinner. We had to ask other employees for refills. The restaurant wasn’t busy. I could see our server sitting at a booth talking with another employee. He did go up and stand next to the cashier while we paid, presumably making sure he received his tip. This seemed odd considering we received next to no service from him.
The best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. I highly suggest the Dinner combo- get the shredded beef… but you really can’t go wrong with anything. I usually don’t eat the beans and rice with meals- but theirs was too good not to! I would have posted photos but I was too busy eating 😂. The server was very attentive and awesome! Food came out quick and hot.
I seen my server like 3X's, when he seated us, brought drinks & brought our cheCK. We had sat down before a larger family and they received their food before we did an it was 2 of us. Da food was not tasteful at all, the refried beans were watery nor did he get my order or my drink correct. I witnessed every other customers/family get great service from their hostess but ours was horrible.
This restaurant is the absolute best when it comes to the quality of food, the friendliest servers who remember who you are and what your drink of choice is.(rainbow margarita). They work hard and you never see any of the younger workers on their phones or standing around. Every time I leave I always have a smile on my face, blame it the margarita or the wonderful service.
The food was pretty decent, although it took a little bit longer than expected. The people were nice and friendly. I'm not sure if I was impressed to the point of wanting to come back though.
I had it delivered so I can't speak to the restaurant. The Pollo Azteca was very good. Very flavorful and loaded! The rice was very good, as were the beans. The chips were fresh and warm. My only negative is the salsa. It tasted like a tin can of tomatoes. Very "tin" tasting and no freshness whatsoever. No flavor, no spice. It was not good, and I threw it out.
