This rally's is inefficient. They have a separate lane for app orders. I've been here way too long for what I ordered. DO NOT USE THE APP! The workers can't handle it and are snotty about it.

Where to start? I placed a mobile order and waited about 15 min before heading that direction( I only live a few blocks away). Get there and like always long line, but wait I already ordered short left lane it is. After about 20min and no movement in the short line, my wife had to run somewhere else, so walk up window it is. 10 mins and now a small gathering of folks the pick up window finally opens. I give them my name and 🤬 they don't have my order. after one hour and fifteen minutes, I'm finally handed a bag and drinks. I get to the car and 😤🤬 they 💥 up my order. Back to the window. as I hear another lady (doordasher) complaining she has been waiting over an hour for 1 order of funnel cake fries. I grab someone get my order fixed and bolted. The only good thing I can say is thank you to all the others standing out side rallys tonight . You are the reason my night didn't suck.

Food is almost always cold but the people working there are always nice. So I'd say it's a mix bag. Especially since most of the chain fastfood places around it are usually a lot worse.

This first night great. The second night we didn't get parr of the order the 3rd night we went there I said something about it and not one step in service was missed the manager made it right because we were the costumer. I seams to be lost on a lot of places nowadays The first rule of retail sales used to be the cosomers always right. With exceptions. I would go back again.

1. When we first got there there was a man with a baby.He was talking with a worker and they passed the baby back and forth . 2. There was a big hold up in the drive thru and several cars left. 3 They gave me the wrong sauce and forgot my fries. Fun fact the man was still up there after we got our food . We will never go there again and you should not go there either.

Had to have the fries remade a few times and the shakes we ordered were possibly the worst I've ever tasted anywhere. The gf couldn't even eat her sandwich at all. Almost positive eating here gave us food poisoning. Just pick a different restaurant until they decide to not refry french fries and their workers wash their hands or at least change their gloves after touching their bodies.

Historically, any Rally’s I’ve been too is always a long wait. Has to be a process issue or something. Food is always great but you are going to wait and wait.

Sometimes when u come to this Rally's they have attitude. The meat is never hot. Fries are cold. As long as you sit in drive thru you would think they cooking food fresh but no it's not hot or fresh
