Our child requested to come here for her birthday. It was a typical rainforest cafe atmosphere. Food was good and our waitress was super engaged and friendly. The only negative would be the service was slow. It took a long time to get our meal, and then dessert. And the restaurant was almost empty, so not sure why the delays.
This place is family friendly, and it makes you feel like you are in a tropical rainforest. From the rain and thunderstorms effect, my kids loved it. The food was amazing, from the appetizers to the main dish. The drinks šø are amazing as well.
I wanted to give 4 stars instead of 5 because none of the food Iāve tried here in over 15 years has been AMAZING. This is definitely an āambianceā experience. With that being said, Iāve never been here with a kid who hated it, so for that reason, it gets 5. The food is ok. Very average. Iāve never had a bad server here, either.
Went there with my family. Fun place for kids. We got seated near the back with the elephants which was alright. The waitress is what made our experience 100/100! We all got burgers which were good. The sparkling volcano is huge & so delicious! I love that we get to keep the cups at the end!
Kids loved it, I didnt know a jungle sound so loud lol but the atmosphere was cool. Food could be wayyy better for the price for Adults. We all enjoyed taking pics by the waterfall and animals there.
This place was great ! Ambiance is 5 stars for sure, pretty good food and service was good too, the wait was a little bit lengthy, as we were told the kitchen was a bit backed up.The waitress was a Gem and yea as for me and my family we will be back !
Nice restaurant to take your kids to or do birthday dinners. The portions of the food are good. The taste is not amazing but also not bad. I like that the food is not heavily seasoned. The servers are friendly. Great atmosphere, the fake animals moves and make sounds, so that definitely keep your little ones entertained. My favorite part of the restaurant is their variety of non-alcoholic drink selection. The lemonades and smoothies are tasty.
Good place to take the kids for lunch or dinner. Be sure to reserve ahead as the wait time is extensive. I went as a walk-in and had to wait for an hour and a half before getting a table. Once we got a table and ordered, it was another prolonged wait for the food. The food was good. However, I do wish they added a little more carb variety with the main but overall, the choices were healthy, tasty, and appealing to the eye with good portion sizes. The total meal was a little on the expensive side. I ended up paying almost $200 for 2 adults and 2 kids.
