Yummy!!! We came on Thursday, our last night before heading home. The food is delicious, all of it. At the last second, they were able to accommodate an additional person. Staff was great, very attentive and all smiles. It was our favorite restaurant on the island. We enjoyed the short rib, shrimp scampi, steak frita, Korean ribs, a sushi roll and my favorite was the chocolate lava cake. Compliments to the Chef!

This very sweet restaurant In Nantucket was a fantastic experience for me my wife and our friends . First we got there really early and they still were able to seat us inside at a great table . Within seconds we were being served water by a busboy with a super cool digital watch and we never went any time without fresh water all night . William our waiter doted on us from the outset.we started with the Hamachi crudo , fresh and delicious and the mussels which had a very spicy and savory broth . I had the cod in a mushroom broth that was sensational and they were smart enough to give you a spoon to eat all of the broth . My wife ordered the Scampi but wasn’t feeling well because she may have been over served at Cisco winery 😉. What really impressed me is that the manager immediately came over to ask if she wasn’t enjoying it. We explained the situation but to see that level of attention to customers,Anticipating problems before they become more than that , and we saw her doing it to every table , was service you just don’t see much anymore. She ended up eating the Scampi later when she felt better and said it was perfect. William it turns out was in training and he seemed seasoned and professional already. Great food , phenomenal service, excellent atmosphere. What more could you want?

Our server was the bartender and she was amazing. This was the best experience overall that we had while on Nantucket. The menu was eclectic, the food was good, the atmosphere was cool with the sailor vibe(we ate inside), and we never once felt rushed. For Nantucket, the prices were lower than most other similar places, which was a welcome change as well.

We had dinner here a couple weeks ago and the food and service were outstanding! They were having a slight technical glitch that evening, however, Brad informed us immediately, made sure we had water and drinks right away and took great care of us. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. The food was excellent and the service top-notch!

This restaurant is amazing! My boyfriend and I made a reservation on open table about two weeks in advance because we knew would be on the island celebrating our anniversary. Small and quaint inside with a romantic vibe. We were served by Heidi who was AMAZING! we got the heirloom tomato and burrata salad as an appetizer (“looked so good we forgot to take a picture before digging in!). My boyfriend ordered the Bolognese which we found out was one of their signature dishes, recipe hasn’t changed in the 30 years! And I ordered the shrimp scampi, their other signature dish. Both were so rich and delicious. Food was 10/10 and the service was as well! They also had an outdoor patio which looked beautiful. We can’t wait to go back!

We had good experiences with Queequeg's last year and returned this year with friends. The meal was solid to superior, depending upon the dish. (The bimbibapp for example is a little bit of a one-note dish, but it's a good note, so enjoyable.) Unlike some other locations on the island, wine mark-ups are reasonable at 3-4x. (Translated: at $100-150, you're drinking a $30-40 bottle.) The space is a little cramped and the new banquette cushions are particularly sticky (don't wear shorts!), but we enjoy the place and will be back.

I had a very nice meal and the staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I usually hate tomatoes but the caprese was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful experience from start to finish! Came early and had a relaxing time at the outdoor bar, including a great wine and cocktail list, and some very interesting and tasty appetizers. Then moved to a table for our dinner reservation, and at all times the staff were friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to take care of our preferences (seating choice, heater, etc). We were impressed by the menu options, and even more so by the flavorful and artfully prepared dishes. I had the Scottish Salmon (hand raised from a special farm and so fresh, and so nicely cooked, moist on the inside, and fabulous crusty skin) and my wife had the amazing Bolognese (wonderfully warm and flavorful). The staff was busy but had things well under control and were very attentive and accessible. We stayed extra to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere on the patio, and we’re looking forward to returning! Luckily Queequeq’s will stay open inside except for a month or so break at the beginning of the year.
