User Reviews

I had a very pleasant experience when I visited this location on September 7, 2023. The facility was clean and the napkin/utensil area was organized. Evan, the staff member who took my order was patient and thoroughly explained the menu items. Shawnee, the staff member who completed my transaction at the register was polite and courteous. Overall, it was a great experience.

This place is a dump. Not sure who the manager is but he or she needs to be fired. From the previous reviews, you can see people have complained about cleanliness a lot. The whole dining area was filthy, the floor and the tables. The food services area was a mess with spills and different ingredients all spilled around and into each other. The check out area was dirty, the credit card machine, the windows and the door on the way out.....just gross. The food was decent but the brown rice was all dried out like it had been sitting around all day. The guy that waited on me was good and he was pleasant. One girl handling food had a long, frizzy pony tail hanging down from her hat. She should have to wear a hair net or put it in a bun. There was only one group of people (3) there when I was there so I can't say they were so busy they can't clean. Won't go there again.

Extremely dirty, staff was very rude, even the manager was rude. I have never been in such a dirty restaurant in my life. This place needs to be shut down and hire new managment ! Go to another qdoba.

Service was fast a friendly, however after we ordered and were seated in the dining room, there was a profanity laden ruckus in the kitchen. Several F bombs being dropped LOUDLY so that we could hear. Will not return to this location

Online ordering only. No customers in the store, yet the food can’t be made. Weak business practice. Used to be good, must be a new manager. Will likely fail like the Chipotle across the street.

The worst employment experience of my life, firstly “Kidd” is a jealous supervisor who is extremely unorganized, I went to a hiring event and was told that somebody would reach out to me, they never did I had to text the dude that interviewed me to even remind him of my interest, once I got in touch with “Kidd” she was extremely discombobulated and was in the car driving when she called me about setting up an interview, she said Friday at 5 but when I texted her on the date of she said that she scheduled me for Thursday which was a lie because I doubled checked with her over the phone and was even shocked that they did a second interview for a hiring event, she literally went back and forth with me over text messages saying she scheduled it for Thursday like ma’am you barely were even paying attention on the phone tryna rush me off how would you know what you said?! So fast forward to Friday I come up there regardless because I still needed the job and her energy gave the nasties energy I ever encountered it gave very much jealousy, when I sat down she was so rude the way she talked to me was digusting she even made it seem like my name was too hard to spell so she flipped the clipboard so hard towards me I felt the air hit my arm, and then as I’m writing I can feel Her glare on my face, I ignored it because people be peopling especially when they insecure, so after she inputted me in the system, I did my onboarding for two hours modules and all y’all, at this point if somebody is doing modules and have all their information inputted that means they have the job right? Well when I was heading out too leave she had another employee come to me instead of herself the actual manager yall and say we will contact you before monday so boom here comes Sunday I texted the other manager because at this point I don’t wanna communicate with her and no response left me on read so then I wrote her this morning and she said the position has been filled, like I didn’t just sit here and do those raggedy modules just for you to basically not hire me because you’re mad I didn’t let you lie on me as far as scheduling and because you hella insecure and unprofessional don’t work here yall the environment is toxic and clearly favoritism.

Left with a bad taste in my mouth. Lost a guest. I understand charging for add ons. But this is ridiculous. I went in for a bowl, asked for it in a crispy shell. I was told if this is a salad the crispy shell is free, if I use it for a bowl I have to be charged. So if I add lettuce to my order it's free? But if I don't have it, I'm charged. Do better. This doesn't even make sense. Thirsty to add on charges.

Awesome staff, "Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man" was awesome! I can't remember his other name. Nice staff, super efficient and they don't skip out on the hefty scoops!!
