Food was great as expected!!!! 🍲 AND I LOVE THE INTERIOR DESIGN SO MUCH IVE DECIDED TO COPYCAT A BIT FOR MY OWN HOME DECOR!
I wish I could give them no stars. Literally had my order picked up and have absolutely nothing I added in my order inside my order. No lettuce, no shredded cheese, no jalapeños, no salsa. Not to mention it looks like a 2 year old put my order together. Called the location where they told me to just come back tomorrow and bring the food and they will remake my order. What a joke🤦🏽♀️
This is by far the worst location I’ve been to. They prioritize online orders over walk ins. It is ridiculous that I was standing for 20 minutes TO PAY while the employees were packaging online orders. There is no type of management or order present in the evening. I understand a shortage of employees but you all have got to do better. Period. The kitchen was a mess as well.
Outside of the staff having poor attitudes, this location packs whatever they want into your to-go orders. I have had to have so many orders corrected or refunded from this location because they’ve failed to read and check what they’re placing into bags. I thought that coming in to place my order would improve the experience, but no. Inside I was met with unsanitary conditions with attitudes to match. Editing to add - If you order a kids meal, the location WILL forget the side dish and drink. This place needs a training overhaul. 0/10 would not recommend.
I ordered DoorDash from this Qdoba at 8:45pm when they say they’re open until 10pm. I received a call from the Dasher stating they only had steak available. When I asked if they could make chicken, they said no. This would not be a big deal if I wasn’t allergic to beef. I just find it ridiculous that they wouldn’t make more chicken or pork with still being open for over an hour. Highly dissatisfied.
Today was a great day to order Qdoba! Delicious‼️ Thank you Qdoba! Created my own salad...Grilled Adobo Chicken taco salad with pickled red onions, Pico salsa, lettuce black beans fajita peppers Queso picante ranch habanero salsa roasted tomato cotija cheese sour cream guacamole shredded cheese and tortilla strips....🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Absolutely terrible service, took 80 minutes for them to complete our order and once we received it the majority of our food looked like they balled it up to play catch with it. On top of that everything was cold, every burrito was missing elements we ordered, paid 4 dollars for extra protein and didn’t get it. This place is terrible and management definitely isn’t doing their job to ensure quality standards are met.
So disappointing to not get what I ordered. I ordered the family sized Bowls and tacos meal and they took it upon themselves to give me the family nachos. Even though my ticket had exactly what I ordered they decided to give us what they wanted us to have. There are clearly no tortillas for our tacos or beans for our bowls. And it's very inconvenient to arrive and see a sign on the door "online orders only". I could handle a sign letting us know you're short staffed and an apology for the inconvenience a little better. A Customer relations in-service is definitely needed at this location. One star given because the food tasted good.
