The difference in the way the food is made from day to day is astounding. I had the most amazing fried rice, but the following two times I ordered it, it was so gross that it was inedible! Bland, flavorless, uncooked rice, overcooked chicken, no sauce, no seasoning. And never again.
I hate to say this, as I’ve worked as a server/bartender before, but I had a terrible experience here. We walked in and waited to be told whether we could seat ourselves or if they would take us to a seat. Never got told anything so we just sat at the bar. Waited another 10-15 minutes before we were ever acknowledged. The whole time, my friend and I felt very unwelcome. I could maybe understand if it was a busy night, however, there was hardly anyone else in there. Others served before us, even though we were there first. Took forever to take our order, bring us our food, and bring us our check. For seeming like they didn’t want us there, they sure kept us waiting for a long time. Overall just a terrible experience.
The atmosphere and service here are great. Whether it's 2 of us or a group of 15, we have been well taken care of, and drinks don't remain empty for long or sometimes even at all. Only 1 rime have I had a server get rude when asking a question about a drink, but she came back and apologized. The food, however, is a little lacking. We've tried a handful of appetizers there, they are decent, just hit or miss if anything fried is going to be half burnt. The hamburger was the most disappointing. The menu says they are 7oz hand made daily. They looked and tasted like any other frozen unseasoned patty you can get at the store
Waited to be served or even recognized when the bar was nearly empty. Waited for server who walked by multi times with only two other groups in the building. Helped others before me and my friend. No pleasantries exchanged, only gave us menus and left us for a half hour to talk to others. Served another groups’ food that came in after us, before serving us. Food was mid and expensive. Waited for the check for an hour while waitress ignored us still.
5 Stars - because they deserve it. Fun place... however... if ownership reads this... Man, I'm so disappointed in the menu change. Used to have the BEST selection of fun unique burgers and at killer prices... now the burgers are still good, but way more expensive and less exciting. The reason we went there was for the great food.
Delicious, wide variety menu, pretty great service even during peak hours not to mention the best MAC in town! I know the cooks take pride in their work here!

This place is fine. Just fine. There is really no redeeming features or reason to choose it. If you need a beer its fine. Prices are good. If you want a bar thats ok - its fine.
