Since moving to the pennsauken area, Ive eaten here several times. Both in the restaurant and order out. My only complaint is if I order extra of something through delivery, they've forgotten it each time! The pizza is delicious and my spouse loves it here for years.

I just ordered through the Slice app (which is super convenient using, especially when you pay by credit card), but the onion rings and mozzarella sticks were packaged in styrofoam containers…hot greasy food placed directly into styrofoam = melted away and warped containers, plus food tasting just like the container it’s in. And the sauces in the ramekins: melted, warped lids for the ones in the styrofoam containers, and the ones for the garlic knots back to back wrapped in aluminum foil = containers and aluminum soaked in sauce and quite frankly, a mess that should not have been.. pizza was good, but not enough to justify the rest of the paid food and it’s condition. It had to be said.

5 ⭐️! If I could give 10 I would! The pizza here is excellent and the service is top notch! What I loved the most is the sauce; when I asked about it, Nikki said it’s top secret and her husband has never changed the recipe from day 1! Gotta love this family owned and operated pizza shop! I’ll definitely return again with my 4 always-hungry kids! 😉

Normally love Prontos and never have an issue. However, just ordered using slice delivery and was biting into my chicken Caesar wrap and there was this hard chicken bone. Ruined my appetite. Would not recommend the chicken Caesar wraps.

I'd give Pronto a 4 star... they have good food, hoagies are great. Pizza is good. But if you order off grubhub be careful. I ordered a chicken Italiano sub on grubhub, says round roll with fries and a pickle. I only got the sub and it was on a long roll, no fries or pickle. The delivery driver had no idea of anything, told me to call the restaurant. (Driver worked for the restaurant not a grubhub driver) the gentleman i spoke with was saying it was grubhubs fault... which doesn't make sense. I've ordered several times from Pronto off grubhub before with no issues, I've always seen that combo available but never ordered it before. Luckily grubhub customer service was understanding and helped resolve the issue.

If I could would rate this place a negative 10! Took my order charged my card and never delivered my food! Called to check on my order 5 plus times and no one answered! Horrible I will tell my neighbors to avoid this pizza place at all cost! I will be making my way over to speak to the owner about this!

Today was the 3rd time I've ordered from this place using the Slice app. The first 2 times everything was awesome. Their pizza and turnovers are great. Today I ordered a turnover, waited over an hour, and unfortunately, they forgot the sauce. Very disappointed

Terrible I ordered wings ...dry as the Sahara a sausage Stromboli... barely any sausage ( cut into small strips btw) I WILL NEVER order from here again
