Wow!!! I’m from Memphis Tennessee and I have found a place with food so much like home it makes me homesick 🥰. This food was so delicious and flavorful. The pictures don’t do it Justice and this was delivery. I can’t wait to dine in! THANKS FAMILY 😃
I always stop by whenever I’m in town. They have the best soul food around and they never disappoint. Make sure you beat the Sunday afternoon rush if you can otherwise it will be busy! Perfect for those days when I don’t wanna cook! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
This was my first time trying and they didn't disappoint. The only problem that I had was it was an hour after opening and they had no turkey greens only pork 😭🥺. The ox tails were cooked to perfection and the pork greens tasted amazing with a little spice kick. My husband had catfish, Mac and cheese, yams and chickens wings and he loved it all. The cornbread was a little dry to his taste I didn't try as I am gluten free. Overall a great experience and my daughter loved the greens too so that was a plus because she is picky. I will go back up try more things.
Holy moly. Food is sooo delicious! Everything! Fried chicken best in area! 2/23: went today for the ox tails and it was worth it! The beans with pork, greens with pork! So good but expensive, worth it.
Food was fantastic. I ordered fried fish, yams, turkey greens and cornbread. My daughter had beef ribs, Mac & cheese and turkey greens. Friendly staff and fair sitting area. Has fountain machine for dine in refills.
I have been here before over a year ago. The service was great, seemed short staffed. I sadly do have to say and honestly. Recently I went in and ordered the fried chicken. It was so dry I could not eat it. The macaroni and cheese seemed old and reheated , not fresh. And the mashed potatoes and gravy were the same. Too bad had been highly recommended by family and friends. Food was a disappointment. Dissatisfied. Hope it does improve. I would like to return.

Our review is based solely on customer service at this location only. The food is EXCELLENT!!! The customer service/workers preparing the food are so UNFRIENDLY. NO ONE EVER SMILES, GREETS YOU, at all. You get the impression we are a bother when you asked a question about your food order. Please talk to this establishment. It’s been like this for wayyyy to long. We love the food!
