Ate here twice in 2 days! The food is very satisfying. The guys working the counter are eager to please their customers, making sure you have all the condiments and utensils you need. They were also helpful with my dietary restrictions, making recommendations for alternative sauces to replace th one I couldn't eat. I had the steak and shrimp bowl the first night and the 4 taco special on Wednesday night. I will be back next week to try out one of their monster burros.
Great Mex food place. Different in a lot of ways, enough to not be just a taco shop. I suggest you visit one of their locations and experience the amazing food for yourself. Enjoy.
Excellent service and good food!
Nice little taco shop. Ate here for taco Tues, 2.99 a taco is their deal. Which is a little pricey for a "deal" but they are also in Solana Beach so what're you really gonna do. Guess that is probably cheap for that area. I had a couple fish tacos and a Carne asada taco. The fish tacos were 🔥 with a decent fried filet portioned properly with cabbage and creme sauce. The Carne asada was decent but the quacamole could've been a little bit better. Kinda looked like that blended avocado creme stuff that im always skeptical about. But all in all tacos were good and that pacifico was cold. I'd definitely eat here again.
When you order a monster burrito and get this... Los Primos has gone downhill the last few years, I used to love their breakfast burrito’s and how massive they were, nowadays it’s like they don’t care. Plenty of other taco shops out there that don’t cheat customers. Also that soda cost me $3.25. You won’t see me back here!!
People posting the lower reviews are bunk. They don't know how to read the menu. This is 3/4 of a MONSTER Burrito. Plenty of food. Plenty of amazing salsas that actually sting.
It is the closest thing to get to authentic Mexican food out here it is really good. It's expensive but good. I recommend it and I'm Mexican lol.
Dirtier than Tijuana! These guys own a successful chain and this location is an embarrassment. FILTHY CONCRETE Floor, un-bussed tables, salsa bar need repletishments, and no sign of mgmt on premises anywhere. Come on ownership this is affluent Solana Beach, not TJ, especially when you are charging $2.50 for a small soda, CLEAN up your act!
