The menu is small but has great options. The Greek salad is one of the best starter salads ever. Loaded with great fresh produce feta grape leaves and the dressing is so tasty. We could go there just for that. My son had chocolate pancakes and they were light and airy. We always get Greek dishes. We live 25 miles and pass 9 diners to get here. It's only open 7-7 do get there you will not be disappointed. Super clean as well.
First time here. Food was incredible. My husband had the French Toast pictured here. I had the spinach pie that was amazing. The service was superior. This is a really nice Diner. Very reminiscent of the diners of yester year. Highly recommend!!!!
Great old fashioned diner located in Pottsville PA. Everything you would expect from a classic diner on the menu. Clubs sandwiches, baked goods, big breakfast items - all solid! Great service as well!
Super impressed with our first visit. The new owners did a great job remodeling. Super quick and friendly service. Went for breakfast and it was serviced perfectly cooked and hot to the table. My son agrees, it's damn good. The price may seem high for some but the portion size tells you why.
I took my camera in here to just do a simple food vlog and this man with a bowl cut and black tank top tried to look at my camera to see if I was taking video of patrons. I only took 3 screenshots of the interior. 🙄 Other than that the waitress was very helpful and fast serving. The food was alright.
Go somewhere else. Russian dressing that tastes like southwestern ranch and I am told that's because they make it in house. So I switched to beef orzo soup which was edible but very lackluster. My veal parmesan was burnt on the outside but cold in the middle not sure how they could manage to do that. The string beans tasted like they had been on the steam table for about 3 days. my suggestion is go somewhere else there are many better choices sorry folks but when I found out that this was also owned by the same people that own Limerick diner that explained everything.. what a shame as the service was excellent and my waitress was pleasant and very helpful
Well...it looks nice. The food is always good. But the service. The hostess was pleasant, but in a detached way, like she knows she has to, but it isn't natural for her. The waitress didn't get to us until after the hostess came back to ask us if we wanted drinks. The waitress brought them out, and took our lunch order. The food came out pretty quick, and to be honest, it was delicious. They had pineapple juice which always scores bones points with me. The waitress returned with plastic wear (post pandemic dining) and although we both finished our drinks prior to our food, we didn't see her again until she brought us the check, 10 minutes after we'd finished our meals. She was pleasant, but curt. This was our third time here, and my boyfriend had been hesitant to come again, but I didn't remember why. Now I do, and I don't think we'll be back. Good food, nice, clean place, but not very attentive as far as service goes, and that's pretty important to us. We just didn't feel...welcome.
Great experience everytime we have gone here, quick service and quick good food. They did a great job renovating this diner and it is very classic diner feel.
