I walked into this shop today at lunchtime and was not greeted with anything but a very nasty look and an attitude as if they were saying "what are you doing in my shop?". Their customer service was by far the worst I have ever experienced. Will never recommend them or go back!

3 Sanwiches made wrong 2x's in one day. Mgr gave the excuse that they were busy. I mobile ordered to pick up 20 mins later, it only takes 10 to get there. They offered me a cookie to make up for 3 wrong sandwiches. I won't order from there again.

The meat is on the higher end of quality but how it is used makes it a waste. A sliver of meat on basically a loaf of below average bread did it no justice whatsoever. I ended up combining all of the ingredients on a large sub on to one half the bread. The result was still barely satisfying. Jersey Mike's does it better. Sorry guys.

Not a bad restaurant to stop by and get a sandwich. The place is pretty clean and do not have waiting lines. Friendly staff.

Not a terrible sandwich but their online ordering software didn't give me any option for extra onions that I could see and putting it in the notes produced nothing. I paid for double meat and frankly the meat quantity was just perfect for regular meat not double. I also ordered spicy mustard which was not spicy at all and the sandwich bread was so soft it made the sandwich very wet overall. Will not be coming back but if you're only choices are port or subway... it's a toss up, except for the fact that port is moderately more expensive, $25 for two 8" subs.

I work in the service industry so I know tips are appreciated. However I tip when the service is good. I’ve been to this location four times. I’ve purposefully ate inside just to see the customer service. When I walk in I get a stank attitude no smile no welcome but when others walk in it’s cheerful. I don’t know what I did to the workers but I can’t help feeling some type of bias against me. My money is just as green as there’s. The food was good though. Went back again on 1-11-23 same stank attitude. Dang shame because the subs are good. But the staff needs to rid herself of the bias immediately. If you don’t like serving people of color find another job.

Didn't realize what time it was a couple weeks ago, came about 15 minutes before closing (it was a Sunday so they closed an hour earlier than normal). The staff didn't even seem offput by the late order, it was only a few sandwiches - but having worked retail/food service before; anyone can sympathize with having an order come in right before closing. They made the sandwich without issues, were actually cheerful, and very nice! Sandwich was fantastic as always! The staff at this particular location is always nice, I can't say enough good things about them.

Soooo much to choose from subs, salads, cookies, brownies, chips and even bottle or fountain drinks Customer's love it to the point if you never had Port of Subs before they have Is suggestions for you I will be back to have other choices I had the smoked ham turkey and chadder with a brownie and soda I would suggest the number 5
