I grew up working in the 70s and 80s when everyone went to the coffee this place is just like that a place where you can go and see all your friends and talk about all the things that go on in a small town. You will find good people, good food or meet with a large group of people they have room for any size group big or small the food is always just right like the coffee shops then. I enjoy. breakfast and lunch as well as every time I go I always get great service and the owner knows his way around a restaurant if he doesn't have it and it's ⁵0 by

Jasmine was excellent!!! The food was amazing-the best breakfast I’ve had out in forever! My coffee cup never got empty because refills were constant, and they were even able to accommodate my special dietary request. And she’s a cat lady to boot! Love it, and I can’t wait to return!!!

We stopped by the Orofino Lumberjack Days & Clearwater County Fair the day before (Saturday) and decided to stop by on our way back Sunday. We wanted a local breakfast place, and this fit the bill. We had the ham & cheese omelet (hashbrowns/sourdough bread) and veggie omelet (hashbrowns/whole wheat toast). Hot, tasty, and the portions were large. This is exactly what we were looking for. The prices were fair, and the employees were great. Thanks!

I ordered a Denver omelet, which was served with a generous helping of hash browns. The omelet had plenty of ham, onions, and bell peppers and the hash browns were just the right amount of crispy. Also had good coffee, and the huckleberry milkshake was out of this world. This is a real, old-fashioned diner with friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere. I hadn't been to Orofino for years and was happy that this place hadn't changed. Highly recommend.

We came in on a Friday evening for drinks only on the bar side. The service was friendly enough but it did take nearly 20 minutes to be served at the bar. We think there was only one person serving the bar and restaurant? The inside was straight from the 90s-- lattice trim, panel ceiling, laminate wood tables-- you could smell the decades of smoke from times long past. Drinks were very cheap 👍

The food was good, the cook was perfect on all the meats, prices are reasonable! Only complaint if the food is under spiced / flavored for my liking, but some people like it that way. Will go again when back in the area

Great service, friendly staff, awesome food. Reminds me of a home cooked meal. I am from out of town and it was great! Had the salmon and the double french dip both were awesome!

Had a wonderful home cooked dinner; chicken fried steak, perfect mashed potatoes 🥔 😋 👌 country gravy, and beef barly soup 🍲 delish! Great service and friendly locals. I'll be back!
