Pollo Locuas is the best Mexican restaurant in town, with an authentic menu of Mexican cuisine and the best seafood dishes available. Their selection of alcohol drinks and Mexican mixed drinks is exceptional and complements the food perfectly. The restaurant also has on-site slot machines for added excitement. The staff provides top-notch service, treating everyone like family. Moreover, their amazing taco cart catering service makes it one of the best taco catering services in the Chicagoland area. Overall, Pollo Locuas is a must-visit restaurant with exceptional service and some of the best Mexican food in town.

As a lifelong resident of the area and also love to venture out to support different Mexican owned places around Chicago and travel to Mexico frequently to visit family. This is by far the most authentic Mexican food in our area. Everyone is friendly and attentive. It’s a family owned and operated and it reflects in the quality and flavor of the food that they take outstanding pride in what they do
Good, I ordered chicken fajitas and it WASN'T like a lot places where they give you mostly vegetables and you have to search for the chicken. It had equal parts of everything.The Margaritas are tasty and hardy and a nice accompaniment.
I gave them 1 star because of their terrible customer service!! The lady taking orders is terrible. When you call and try to explain what’s wrong with the order she gets loud and overall just says she does not care. I work for a big company that has been buying from them FOR YEARS. They over charge and yet cannot at least re make the order. Terrible customer service. That’s exactly what keeps a company going. They need to take her off the phones but the old lady is no better. McDonald’s has better service than them!!
I dined in here and had an awful experience. I ordered a cup of ice water with my food and received a dirty cup with dirt floating around. I ordered a second cup and received the same thing. The employees showed no concern. Everything all around there is slow moving and unprofessional.
The food is good , but the service is terrible every single time. They take their sweet time taking your order but today the server didnt even bother to do it.We had to walk out and will definately be the last time coming here.
I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant/catering service!!! I had them do a taco cart for my fiancée’s 40th birthday party. The food was fantastic! Everything was super fresh, and the service was top notch! Communication with the owner was prompt, and every question was answered. If you’re looking for a service to cater your next event, you’ll be sorry if you don’t book this place! They are really the best!
