I asked the lady in drive thru to make my chicken well done she said no they can’t Fully WELL DONE my chicken, and the bread I was giving has black stuff in it .
I was present here yesterday. It's a busy place and I observed it and can personally recommend it to go buy some food. Some recent photos of Pollo Campero have been added.
Just went to grab pollo campero at 2:16pm takoma location & they didn’t have no chicken breast , no yuca sides , Disappointing place !

Great service, awful food. 5 stars are for customer service only. The staff was helpful, cheerful and friendly even though they were busy. The chicken and yucca fries were overcooked and hard to chew.
roast chicken or burnt chicken? and it took 30 minutes to deliver my order after the time they were supposed to revive it.
They didn’t have the option to pay with card and they got really aggressive on me they even told me if this is the way I talk, my wife have a miserable life with me just cause I told them to put a sign outside saying about the card system, I got mad of course after waiting 30 minutes in the drive through they just wanted me to get out of the line!!! Even the manager was aggressive!!
The place would be 5-stars if it wasn’t for the fact every time I come they’re always out of something, wether it be certain sides or certain drinks, not sure if it’s the management on this specific location. But other than that, the place is great and convenient, and even when the lines are long. They are very fast with taking care of orders and handing them out to customers. Never had a issue with the food quality or taste. Been coming here for a couple of years. I recommend it but they do gotta fix the fact that they can’t complete certain orders due by not having it whatsoever.
