I love the atmosphere I love the service and excellent food the staff was very friendly
Since we were in the area coming from Palmdale, i wanted my wife to try this ckicken, which i had not to long ago. Needless to say this recipe is unique, in that the essence is not like all the other. Moreover, it is moist and not dry coupled with a thin crusty layer that enhances the flavor and texture. Service was provided in a friendly and prompt manner, in a somewhat fastfood sitdown setting. On this occasion however, the chicken seemed a bit salty relative to when i had it previously. Still good though. We are looking forward to one opening up in Palmdale.
The chicken wings were a little bit too salty and overcooked for me. But I had to admit that they were really quick!

I order my food, but other orders were being served, I waited for 20 min.
I like this restaurant! Their chicken always tastes delicious and hot/fresh! The sides are always good too! The yuca fries always hit the spot. The drive thru employees are always friendly!
Pollo doesn't taste the same like it used to be
Very rude customer service. I asked for the corporate office number. The woman took me and my family’s order. After she took our order and slide my husband’s credit card. She asked for our vaccination card. She could have asked for that way before she took our order. The manager was rude as well.
