Huge portions! It worked out to two meals for me. Great customer service. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The food is fresh and flavorful. I recommend the plantains and dark meat.

Since we moved I do not visit Pollo Campero as much as I once did. The chicken is outstanding. I made the trip for our Easter Brunch. We served chicken and waffles. While I made waffles from scratch, the chicken here is perfection. It made everyone smile and even the vegetarians in the crowd were envious. It’s back in our rotation.

Very tasty fried chicken, grilled also available, with a choice of sides, rice, beans, French fries, Mac and cheese or fried plantains, rolls and soft drinks. Service is prompt. Parking is available, walk in, no drive in window.

Great food! They get really busy so sometimes they don’t get the chance to clean out. I got to go, waited a few mins. It was fresh and everything tasted great!

Placed and online order for curbside pick up. Waited for about 30 minutes before my husband went inside to find out what was going on. He was told that pollo campero no longer offers curbside. It would've been nice for their team to call and notify us of this change. Online it still gives you the option and we have been to other pollo camperos and have never had this issue. Food was ok and service was bad.

You need to teach your employees about customer service. They think they are still at the home country. Business here is all about good customer service. Been there twice and customer service is terrible. Last time I showed up and stood in front of the register for a few minutes. The guys walking around didn’t even talk to me or something. Then I asked I wanted to place and order but they said they were already closed. But if I had not asked, I would have been there for a while without no one telling me it was closed.

Unimpressed with the cleanliness of this particular location, tables were left dirty and it didn’t seem like anyone cared to clean. They also have plumbing issues in their bathrooms causing water to be all over the floor. We tried the new campero bowls that are being promoted and were unimpressed as well. The guacamole topping was frozen. Pieces of chicken are incredibly small. The fountain drinks as far as the horchata goes was empty and no one was checking on them to refill them. Very poorly managed. In all of this there was one employee wearing orange who was trying his best. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. They had a lot of orders backed up when we went (dinner time). Correct me if I’m wrong as I have no restaurant experience but if I know dinner time gets busy shouldn’t I be more well prepared?

When the Ketchup is only included if you get Fries as side, but 2 free blisters could be enough for Eight pieces of chicken. Really? So I guessing now the ketchup is supper expensive that they “might” included in the menu, like 4 ketchup blister for $1dollar amigo!
