1st time ever stopping here. I asked Daniel to prepare me a bowl that would make me return. He sent me on my way with the "spicy dragon bowl" It's excellent! Place was clean! Daniel was great! And the food was amazing! I never write reviews but I'm impressed!
Hubs and I each created our own bowls and were extremely satisfied and satiated. Ingredients are fresh. Tuna and salmon were like butter. I combined garlic and ponzu sauces while hubs got spicy mayo. All were delicious. This place is better than all the sushi spots we've tried around here (which sell either cooked sushi or add fillers to every roll) The quality and amount of food you get is absolutely worth the money. We opted to sit outside at the tables provided, and enjoy a child-free afternoon.
Ordered the grill chicken bowl bacuse i saw the pic the advertise in the plsce, nothing like the pic. It was awfull and did not have all the xtras the pic showed specially the black beans. I told the server there was no black beans snd she said, that is just a pic. That is false advertising. She did not care. Price was hight up. Not wort the food. Never again i will visit that place. Horrible.
#1 Poke Bowl restaurant in the area. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are generous, the staff are friendly and prompt. This is a great spot for a quick satisfying lunch or even dinner. Much better than other Poke Bowl restaurants I have been to in Towson and other areas. Don't take your chances and just come to this one, it is tried and true!
The ingredients were fresh and this is certainly an interesting concept. However, if you order any of the burritos, don’t expect the traditional fare. The burritos at Poke Bowl are essentially overstuffed, uncut sushi rolls. I had the Crazy Poke Burrito, a seaweed wrap stuffed with rice, tempura shrimp, mango and veg. Not a lot of flavor as I had to add soy sauce to give it some zip. My wife had the Bel Air Burrito filled with sushi-grade tuna, salmon and seaweed salad. Much more flavorful than my choice. Our daughter chose the Green Bowl, a vegetarian salad on a bed of rice. She said it was tasty. Build your own bowl or burrito is probably the better way to go next time.
Ordered the Shrimp Tempura and Jasmine Tea, very fresh and delicious. Generous portions, friendly staff and clean establishment. Highly recommend
Today was a BAD experience. We pre-ordered for pickup. the food tasted a little off and the portions were a fraction of what they used to be. I ordered extra carrots, cream cheese, and purple cabbage in my bowl. There was a single sliver of carrot in my bowl, about 1 tbs of cabbage, and 3 small cubes of cream cheese. There were exactly 2 slices of jalapeno. And my 2 sweet eggs were completely absent. We have ordere here in the past and loved it! Which is the only reason for the 2 stars. I will never preorder here again, if I come back at all.
Clean superb service. Going beyond to make my family feel welcome. Excellent fresh food.
