I had a blast at the Plaza cafe Southside! The food was spectacular, the atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was friendly and fun. They made me feel like part of the family and greeted everyone with a smile. The menu had a lot of variety, from burgers and sandwiches to salads and soups. I ordered the green chile cheeseburger and it was one of the best I've ever had. The fries were crispy and the coleslaw was fresh. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. I also enjoyed the decor, which had a lot of local art and memorabilia. The place was clean and spacious, with plenty of seating options. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. If you're looking for a place to eat in New Mexico, you should definitely check out the Plaza cafe Southside. It's a hidden gem that will make you feel at home. And don't forget to say hello to the guys around the counter, they're awesome! I give this place a 9 out of 10, and I can't wait to go back. 😊
Wow excellent!!! Found this place after visiting Meow Wolf and it did not disappoint! Food was made from scratch, delicious menu items, desserts are amazing, clean, great vibe, and best of all, outstanding customer service. We had the whole family and the owner sat us down right away and the waitress had our drinks and food out so fast. The owner even came out and chatted w us. She was so pleasant. Recommend all the way!
Very delicious food! The location is ideal. You are able to dine inside or outside the restaurant. We opted for outside during our visit because of the weather and it was an overall pleasant experience.
You will not be disappointed. Very tasty food, friendly staff, great customer service and a fun atmosphere. Be sure to dine here if you are in ths Santa Fe area. Ask to be seated in Donna's section, she was fantastic.
Plaza cafe is a great place for good comfort food and NM cuisine. The dishes never disappoint and always delicious. The mimosa's and michelada's are ok a little watered down for my taste. My only complaint on our last visit is it took our server quite a long time to come out and tell me they were out of breakfast sausage. I just asked them to take off the ticket as i was halfway done with my meal. Will come back. Must try the blue corn enchiladas with eggs.
My dad and I had a wonderful brunch on the patio. The food here is so delicious, I had an egg sandwich and he had a salmon salad, both superb. Cupcakes for dessert were delicious. I can’t say enough nice things about the manager Belinda. She is so kind and welcoming. The whole time spent there was a wonderful experience. I’ve never had a less than excellent meal here!
I love this place and come frequently to eat, destress and enjoy a true Santa Fe experience! The food is excellent and beautifully plated. The service is always helpful and friendly. Might be a wait to get the attention of the host at the front but that's probably because they are helping someone in this big restaurant and by no means a complaint... just a note for consideration. Thank you for all that you do for our town!!!
We were visiting from out of town and the Plaza Cafe was suggested to us by relatives. It did not disappoint! The staff were attentive and the food (we had breakfast) was delicious. We even returned a few days later for dessert - we had the apple and coconut pie which we thought were amazing! We will definitely return to the cafe on our next trip to Santa Fe!
