Great Mexican restaurant. Food is great. Hostess was friendly and helpful. Interior decor is beautiful. The ceviche appetizer is delicious and big enough to share for two. I highly recommend it if you like seafood. Someone will come by your table and prepare the ceviche right in front of you. Please note that there is a tip jar on the cart they use to prepare the ceviche. They provide complimentary salsa and chips upon seating. The manager walked by tables, checking on customers to see if they were having a great experience, which is always nice to see no matter where you are. The manager is friendly and funny. My only complaint is that we were not greeted right away. It took us between 5 and 7 minutes for someone to stop by. The restaurant did seem busy and crowded but that should not excuse for the amount of time we waited. Our server was friendly. We enjoyed our food. The portions are a good size. I would recommend this place.

Don’t get their natural juices even though they say it’s natural it’s not. It’s gross. At both the locations they say it’s natural but it’s not. My vegan bowl was good would get again. We had a long wait for a table and then we had to wait again since somebody didn’t know how to count last night when we were at the table. Just stood uncomfortably. Then they brought over chairs for us and it clearly was not going to fit 4 extra chairs, we were missing a whole other table for 12 people. I thought it was really slow of them and it didn’t click at all with any of the people that came over. It should’ve been a simple fix . Then we had a long wait for ordering food. Then a long wait to get drinks even water in front of us took way too long about 30 minutes. Took about 1.5 hours to get food in front of us. The only thing I would come here for is the guacamole other than that it’s definitely out of the way. Cleanliness is not great either at the restaurant. Bathroom was not clean either. It really is a organizational issue at the restaurant that was the biggest issue for me. Seating arrangement? Involving like 5 staff members. How long does it take for customers to get water? How long does it take for the customers to get food? How come the bathroom isn’t clean? Why is the juices being promoted as natural when they damn sure aren’t.

Great house margarita and delicious food with good portion sizes. Free chips and salsa for the table. We got there just before the dinner rush and were seated immediately. Would definitely go back...

I really wanted to enjoy plaza azteca more than I did. Upon arrival I was not greeted by the host well. After stating I had arrived to join my party he just blankly stared and said 'what?' strike one. It took a little while to get our server to take our drink and food orders, however it was busy. We ordered the housemate guacamole which I highly recommend however it didn't arrive until after our meals. There was also a slight wait for the drinks but again it was busy. Upon receiving my meal i felt it what's too salty. I ordered beef empanadas as a replacement which were piping hot on the outside and Stone Cold on the inside. I'm glad the restaurant removed them from the bill however I'm not sure if I will be returning. But if you do visit try the tres leches and prickly pear margarita.

Second time here n me n my wife love this place food is so good n very clean place..

I always love their food and most of the time the service. The margaritas are always good and it’s always a good amount of people there. I love the size of the restaurant as well. The sour cream and fresh chips are amazing. I always enjoy my food!!! I highly suggest to anyone who loves Mexican food.

The place was packed when we got there. We figured it was going to be really good if that many people were eating there. It's a cool looking establishment from the outside and on the inside. We ended up being sat in a really small table. There were two of us. Trust me when I tell you the table was small. That said, it was doable. Maybe if we were not vegetarians, the food might have been better, but the vegetarian offerings were definitely subpar. There were many things wrong with the meal. Suffice it to say we shall not return.

It is a cute restaurant. The food was very good. Our waiter forgot to bring napkins, plates, and more chips when we asked. So we had to wait to eat our food. I would definitely go back, though.
