I have been wanting to order from this place forever, but my coworkers always choose Mt Sinai Sushi instead. Now I see why. Here's what I ordered: - Takoyaki - Naruto Roll - Combo (spicy crab, spicy salmon, spicy tuna) The Takoyaki was good enough. I will leave it at that. I've been eating Naruto Rolls for 21 years. This was my least favorite ever. How they pureed the fish was not palatable, and the flavor was disappointing. The combo... maybe the description on Door Dash was off, or maybe it's my fault, and I read it wrong. Instead of receiving 3 sushi rolls, I received 3 ice cream cone things. Impossible to dip in the soy sauce; it had to be poured into the cones. In addition, it contained the same quality pureed fish. Hands down, I've never eaten sushi that felt so weird in my mouth. This was ridiculously below standard. In addition, I asked for extra wasabi, ginger, and soy sauce. Use your judgement of my picture to see if they obliged. In my opinion, they gave less than what should have been provided for 4 rolls. I will stick with Hoshi Sushi in Stony Brook. They have never let me down in 21 years. Edit: The more I think about this order, I should demand a refund for at least the Naruto Roll. It literally seems like I was given scraps.

Great little place to go and eat good sushi. Large dine-in portions at affordable prices, too. The lunch specials are huge and cheaper than most other sushi places. You get a ton of sides with your meal. Food is always fresh, clean, and hot. Will keep returning in the future and recommend to others.

All right 😊 thus far they have not disappointed me. Got myself an angel roll and eel avocado roll. First time trying eel by the way. This is one of my new favorite local places. Been there once before recently. I think I've been there a few years ago too.

This has been my favorite place for years but recently quality has changed and I’m quite upset, I hate to complain because everyone who works there is so nice but my rolls haven’t been as fresh, missing ingredients often , quality overall has dramatically decreased in the past year compared to when I began going there. I want to stay a customer but I’m becoming upset when not enjoying my sushi as much as I once did at pj sushi. This place is still an amazing place and I hope they soon fix this problem, I tell everyone I know to eat there and I always try to get them more business.

The sushi was decent even though the roll I ordered was incorrect. I ordered at 5pm when it's not peak dinner time. I asked for Godzilla #2 roll and they gave me Godzilla #1, Godzilla #2 having more ingredients. The roll was eaten by my friend who ordered it and he said it was good. It doesn't change that it was still wrong, however. My sweet potatoe roll was a bit of a joke. See, they didn't use sweet potatoe tempura like all the other sushi place, they probably ran next door to Five Guys and grabbed some fries for my roll...see photo for proof.

Ordered delivery via Uber. The salmon was not fresh. Not used to seeing such small Naruto rolls either. The chopsticks were also mini sized and there wasnt enough soy sauce given. Its bad when one has to admit that the sushi in the grocery store was better.

The salmon sashimi has bones in it, and the miso soup and octopus baby salad are very salty. The salmon sushi meal tastes like it was yesterday. The salmon in the salmon roll is smaller than my pinky.never order again. if you want to order something good from this store just order garden salad.

Thought I could try something new. Don’t buy from here. They gave me sushi that was 95% rice and no salmon. I payed 7$ just for rice.
