First time ordering. When we called to place the order we were told minis weren't sold on weekends. Not an issue. Okay, so we then order the "prince" 2. Total came to 30.00! These are about the size a reading book club personal pan at pizza hut back in the day. Ridiculous prices for these over baked, tastless "pizzas" . If these are bigger than the minis, I'd hate to see what those look like. And cost. Not worth it. VITOS has better pizza, and one slice is bigger than their prince, and costs less. Edit to add: The Jalapenos were literally the only thing you could taste. And yes, the bottom was over cooked.

I was served moldy bread with my food yall.. .. I've seen it in other reviews and I experienced it as well. The owner scoffed at my lack of knowledge of food allergens etc. This after I told them I don't have a test to check if it 100% mold. Very rude lady. Very poor customer service and from the owner.

The location of this establishment is ideal, as it rests in the central portion of the Blue Springs square. Inside is reminiscent of an early Pizza Hut and Old Chicago combined. The food is variable in terms of taste and presentation. The Buffalo chicken pizza is nothing to boast about, but the pepperoni pizza is quite delicious. The fries were the real winner of the entire experience from a culinary standpoint. The server, Morgan, was very accommodating, welcoming, and hospitable. The overall experience was sullied by the underwhelming crust on the pizzas and the disappointment of the Buffalo chicken pizza. Though my first experience scored in the mid-range where satisfaction is concerned, I would most certainly drop in again when in the area to try other menu options. The atmosphere of the establishment alone is inviting and magnetic. In time the rating may increase, provided the crust is equipped with more flavor, the quality of service remains intact, and the pizza options prove more plentiful.

I ordered a pizza and salad for carryout and drove 20 min to pickup pizza and got home and pizza was wrong pizza and box had my name on it, didn't offer anything to compensate me for driving back 20 min to go back and get correct pizza

My Favorite Pizza!! 😋🍕 And, of course, you have to have a salad with the famous pink dressing!!😋🥗 Blue Springs, you’re doing a great job keeping the traditionally great pizza, salad, service, atmosphere… as good today as it’s always been!! Back in the day (🤣 I’m not really that old) we spent Friday nights after football games at the old Pizza Shoppe in east Independence. Good times! Oh, and Pizza Shoppe Angels!! Best of the Best!! 🤣💙

The food was gross. I love garlic, but the chicken alfredo was so nasty and tasted like I bit into a garlic clove. Very overpowering. The pizza didn't taste that great either. We waited 10 minutes before going up to the bar to get a menu cause no one was there to wait on us. Once the waitress took our order and brought the food, we didn't see her again. Poor customer service. We will not be returning.

The pizza was spectacular and the restaurant is very quaint and homey, overall a good experience. However I've rated them as four stars because the owner could use a bit more kindness in their customer service. I am a person of indecisiveness and wanted to do a split 11" pizza, half meat and half chicken alfredo. Although my server wrote it in for me she later returned to tell me the owner refused the request because it was two split sauces. I've ordered similarly at other pizza places, and they've had no problem with it. I was instead forced to choose one of the two. While it irked me quite a lot, overall the food was still delicious and the server was excellent.

I ordered takeout so can’t comment on service or atmosphere. But the food quality is not what we expect from Pizza Shoppe. I’ve been to most all of the PS locations and the pizza we just had from here was not of the same quality or taste. The crust had no flavor at all. I couldn’t taste or see much of any red sauce. And those are the two things I love most about Pizza Shoppe - crust and sauce. Also the side salad barely had any mozzeralla cheese on it. All the other locations are very generous with the mozzeralla. So again this doesn’t measure up to other locations and I don’t think I will be back again.
