First time at pizza scene. Ordered an xlarge pie and was told 35 mins. While waiting I had the opportunity to observe other customers receive their pies. I was concerned a bit because I noticed the pizza to be dry and lacking sauce. Since it was a 35 min wait I decided to order garlic knots. The knots were tiny and disappointing. The pizza finally came and unfortunately my fears were.confirmed. It lacked sauce, had no cheese stretch and it was extremely thin. Unproportioned size based on the cost. For an xlarge it had the size of a medium. Not worth it in my honest opinion. The inside of the pizzeria has a decor to suggest the pizza is NY style. I'm a New Yorker and I know NY pizza . This is not it. Positives: good location and community. I try to have a good balance of positives, negatives and recommendations in all my reviews. But the negatives outweighed the positives. To the owner, the customer service could use some work. Your employees were extremely loud and unprofessional for a business setting.

Work on the service. I called recently to place a take out order of their chicken ceasar salad. The salad had none of the toppings that were written on the menu. When I called to confirm if I read the menu correctly, the girl who was on the phone told me they are all out of dressing and croutons. Yet I was still charged extra and no one let us know about this when we placed our order on the phone… both two things I addressed with the girl who was on the phone. She told me all she could do was give me a $2 store credit “to makeup for the croutons and dressing”. I found this highly disrespectful and was disappointed that I was stuck with a nasty salad that I paid extra for. After that I told her I do not want the $2 and would’ve rather had them tell us on the phone that they were out of ingredients . All she said was “no problem” and ended the call. I’ve loved their pizza since I was ten years old, there’s no doubt about that, but I’m really upset with the way the situation was handled.

I'm a huge fan of Pizza Scene. Their pizza has never let me down and I get excited just thinking about having it for lunch. The service is top notch and they are very welcoming. This is my go to place for pizza.

Pizza Scene is not Vegan friendly, their red pizza sauce has dairy cheese in it. Called days before going and was told we could do a Vegan Pizza with the sauce, and all the veggies we wanted. We get there and the chef very nicely informed us the sauce has cheese in it, and they had no other sauce options. My daughter went somewhere else to get her food. The rest of us ordered a cheese pizza and canned Pepsi’s. It was yummy. There is only 1 (one) table that can accommodate a group of 6 people. All the other tables are 2 and 4 people tables and there aren’t many tables to begin with.

This place is a gem and it seems to be thriving, more then doubling their indoor and outdoor seating they used to have with a beautiful renovation. Their Pizza is excellent, some of the best NY style Pizza in Miami, and it is the Perfect place to grab a slice or two before or after a movie at the nearby Miami Lakes CMX Cinemas 13, which like this restaurant is in Main Street outdoor shopping and dining complex in Miami Lakes. Check it out if ever in the area, you won't be disappointed!

This pizza spot could be 5.0 but the prices are too high and the owners are far from professional/polite. They never offer good customer service. They are never wrong. Probably why they had to close down the Hialeah location. You can get away with being jerks in Miami Lakes because you probably get a more tourist-transient crowd, but not in Hialeah. We don’t do rude. And I know I’ll get a response which will be rude. If you hate what you do so much that you have to treat your customers like garbage, then sell the business. Do something else that doesn’t require dealing with people.

I would give zero if I could. I ordered a large supreme pizza on my way home from work today. Boy, was I ever disappointed when I got home! The pizza seemed as it was originally made as a pepperoni pizza with little sauce and cheese and left there dry, and toppings thrown on afterwards when they received my order. The peppers were completely raw- uncooked as were the sausages and onions. I should have gone to Little Cesars… it would have cost me 1/4 of what I paid and taste a lot better.

Freshly made. Big clean bathroom . Good customer service. Affordable prices. I ordered the NY Jumbo and it was delicious. I recommend this place.
