The high score is reflective of their chicken. It the best in the city. Their pizza is not great, but not bad at all. They've got some good dessert pizzas along with a decent salad bar. One if my favorite places to eat.

I had to wait almost 10 minutes to even be acknowledged at the counter. Another 10 before any food was out on the buffet. The sign says open at 10:30, buffet starts at 11am. I arrived about 11:10 & was interested in the buffet. The chicken was great. I didn't have any pizza. They only had one kind out the whole time I was there. Did have a nice salad and their salad bar had a nice selection of fresh items. $13 which included a pop. Sort of spendy with no food out and one choice of pizza. I visited on another evening and had a better experience. The pizza was fine. Breadsticks good. $16 for evening buffet. Now have tried their wings which are delicious. 8 pack for $15- had it delivered to work. Hot and fresh. Loved the sweet chili sauce.

Went with a Senior Citizen group on a tour and stopped to eat lunch August 23rd 2023. Building was uncomfortable inside it was apparent some of the rooftop A/C units were not working. They were not prepared for approximately 40 people and had to know the group was coming because it was on the itinerary and the coordinator called ahead of time. Had to wait for some food items to be prepared. When I was eating my salad that I prepared from the salad bar I bit down on a SCREW that came from the salad bar. I told the waitress about it and gave her the screw. All she did was put it in her shirt pocket and picked up some dishes. Luckily for me I didn’t break a tooth or get it lodged in my throat. I took a picture of it for proof. Will definitely NOT be back to this Pizza Ranch again, compared to other locations.

We came at 11:30 and they didn't have any pizza out. After waiting 20 minutes we were able to each get a slice of plain pepperoni. Never got the dessert pizza and the chicken was gone as soon as they brought it out. Won't go to this Pizza Ranch location again

Salad bar didn't seem fresh, chicken was picked over, and it was lunch time. Only one guy was even kind of friendly. Got dripped on from ceiling. Ice cream didn't have vanilla ice cream, what we did get was really milky. Just a very bad experience.

This is a very small Pizza Ranch we came in at about 1:00 in the afternoon the place was still relatively busy and had almost no pizza available and three pieces of chicken and they refused to fill the chicken until all three pieces were gone the service was at best adequate at worst not there at all the ice cream machine broke during the time we were there and would just make a great deal of noise. This is not your typical Pizza Ranch! I've been to many this one is very subpar.

Out of town people wanted to go here, had to wait as noone at counter at 4:45 pm Mon. Lady was quick at register. Almost no salad, chili soup was scorched and almost gone, less than half pizza of several pieces that were very old. Ordered Mac and Cheese pizza and it came after we were about done eating, after 2nd request for the pizza. Asked if salad and pizza were coming out and finally one did. Same young man told me he could not turn down the air. It was very cold. No desert pizza, chicken was very overdone but still tasty. We only observed three people working there. Quests paid for 6 meals and we were very shocked at how poor everything was, since we go there often

Chicken was good but a little over done. Pizza was good too. Chili soup was weak. Too watery for me. No thickness to it at all.
