I have to say we eat here often and its always good. However today was absolutely disgusting. We paid for extra cheese on our pizza and there was barely any cheese at all. The breadsticks was literally dough, it still had flour on it and my kids ate these. I am so disappointed that I spent 60 bucks and it was the worst food we have ever gotten from pizza king
Pretty cool how you use an old phone to call in your order. There are waitresses but they just deliver your food after you order and get drinks. Seemed very dark in dining room but we mostly will get carry out anyway. Expensive but theres nothing else like it. Gotta try it at least once! I love the pan pizza!
Poor customer service at he counter, after every button push, the young man would drop his hand on the counter, as if my purchase was taking too much of his time. 2 kids expediting, discussing how gross the dill butter was at the bottom of the tub, and how it would only take a minute to make more. They did not make more. In fact, they gave us 3 more sauces than we ordered. They forgot to put ham on our meat pizza, and the only solution these 2 kids could come up with was to let my pizza sit on the counter, while they cooked about a dozen pieces of ham and laid them on top of the pizza. Of course by this time, the pizza was barely warm. I'm sitting here watching all of this happen, not knowing it was my own pizza that was sitting on the counter cooling off.
The food was great and the server was very friendly. Prices were fair. We are giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the service was a little on the slower side for no busier than they were. It was not a really big deal for us as we were not in a very big hurry this time, but if you are in a hurry and craving some Pizza King maybe take advantage of their call ahead options to order in advance.
Store was having phone difficulty so we went in, when we really wanted delivery, Holli(with an I) was very accommodating with our order. She turned a bad situation around. Thanks!
Like the original Pizza Kings, this is great. They've kept the traditional Pizza King flair, quality, excellent service, and the pizza is TERRIFIC. Only thing missing?......The train. 😍
Waitress was really nice. Guy who answered the phone was kind. I saw the staff detail cleaning the oven and I've never seen that. ONLY DOWN SIDE was the breadsticks were a bit over cooked.
We love dining in because of the wonderful aroma when you walk in. The pizza and breadsticks are excellent. The servers are always very kind and do a good job,
