Wonderful to happen by this Pizza Inn. It's been a long time since we have eaten at one since any near us have closed. The buffet was hot and fresh, the salad bar was well stocked, and the servers very good.
Excellent food and excellent service! We were greeted by Rhonda, who was extremely friendly, and made us feel right at home. She offered to make any specialty pizza we wanted, but the selection was already great. We were seated immediately, and drinks came out before we even made it back from the buffet. Pam was extremely friendly and welcoming as well. This place brought back some nostalgia for my husband and I, because we both grew up remembering this chain, so when we saw this place last week, we knew we had to come back and give it a try. Everything tastes the way we remembered! The music station was playing some really great songs as well, that brought back memories from our younger years. I told my husband that after this experience, this little place makes me want to sell our house and move to Dunn! Thanks for the wonderful trip down memory lane, the hospitality, and the great food! We’ll most definitely be back!
Some of the best pizza around. When you come in , ask for VIP service to get Candice or William and watch your life become complete. No wait for the food and they can custom create any kind of pizza you want. Tell all your friends and run to this establishment now.
The worst place to eat! The salad bar is awful, the veggies are not fresh. The pizza tastes like cardboard. Employees are not helpful. The food is awful and the price you pay for that garbage is too much. I also had an upset stomach from just having a salad yesterday.
Food was terrible! Our waitress was very nice and responsive. Pizza on the buffet was old! The spaghetti was bland, just tasteless sauce and noodles. The best thing I had was the salad. The place was clean. We stayed roughly 30 minutes.
We waited at the hostess station forever waiting to be seated. No waitress anywhere in sight and after a while I went to the register and leaned it to ask a guy leaning against the counter on his phone if there was anyone that could seat us. He went and finally got someone to seat us. Waitress came and got our drinks and after that never seen or heard from her again. No refills, no pizza requests, no check. Buffet was almost empty and hardly any new pizzas were brought out. We visited on Saturday afternoon around 3:30. Very disappointed in our experience here.
This place is absolutely phenomenal. The food is fantastic, and even more so my waiter Jerry was an absolutely awesome person. I can't say I've had a better experience eating out in years
The food was terrible. The lettuce on the salad bar looked like it was old (wilted with brown spots), the salad dressing labels were wrong. For example, the label for Caesar dressing was orange...this wasn't the only one wrong like that either. Our waitress was phenomenal, but that was the only good thing. I went to the bathroom right before leaving, and the soap dispenser was empty, and there were 2 soap dispensers. Made me wonder if any of the employees had actually been washing their hands. There were very few choices for pizza on the buffet. This was the same for the dessert pizza. The dessert pizza came out super runny like it was still raw. I've been here many times as a kid before I moved. My family and I were very disappointed.
