The service was awful, the entire restaurant was dirty. We actually stuck, literally stuck to the floor. The women’s bathroom was disgusting. The toilets were half filled with urine, feces and blood and would not flush. When we mentioned it to our waitress, she replied, yeah, I know, they were supposed to come today but didn’t show up. On top of all that, the food was awful. I used to love Pizza Hut but it has really gone down hill.

My pick up was just coming out of the oven the minute I walked in. Nice and hot! Great job.

If i could give a 0,I would. The last time we had been there with 6 people they told us to call ahead so they could have the tables set. We called the morning of and let them know we would have 14 people. They said they'd have it set up. We arrived and told them we were there and looked in the dining room and nothing was set up. I told the woman that I would get the tables set up and she said "go for it". The waitresses came out and said, you're going to have to put it back when you're done. I promptly told her that wouldn't happen! The waitress got mad and walked away and didn't see her again. The manager came out and apologized that it wasn't set up and took the drink order. She said that once we were ready to order come up to the counter and place the order. Drinks need to be brought up to the counter to be refilled. I asked when did this change and she said all pizza huts are going this way. We ordered, they brought it the pizzas. No silverware or plates. We enjoyed our time but when we needed to use the bathrooms, NO hot water, NO soap and NO paper towels. When asked about this they said they were out. Here is the best part, other people came in to eat and they were served. Nothing like a double standard.

Pizza shows up wrong, no cheese, no sauce looking like it was made yesterday and reheated... pasta looks dried out and gross. Breadsticks are hard as a rock. Disgusting. This is not a one time thing either. Pizzas show up with wrong toppings, or not what you ordered, or just nasty like this one. If my kids want stuffed crust pizza, I drive to Littlestown PA Pizza Hut.

I did carryout and it was ready when they said it would be and it was one of the best Pizzas I have gotten there in a long time.

Ordered two large pizzas neither were right ingredients on top of that one was burnt and the other was still gooey and uncooked

Ordered at 130 pm didn’t get it until 430 pm and pizza was cold. DoorDash driver held pizza vertically causing the pizza to be smooshed.

We went to the restaurant in Taneytown, MD (21787) to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday. First of all when we went in the restaurant, we were told that they do not serve customers there and that we would have to come up to the counter and order our own food. When I responded that we would just order online so we could order at our table and get the entire group's order, we were told that we were not allowed and that we had to order everything full menu price because any specials were carryout only (which is not listed on any of the coupons). Not only did we have to go to the counter to order, but we were told that we would also have to pickup our drinks and food at the counter. Needless to say, we left and did an online order and took the food home to eat. When we got home to eat, we ordered (3) 16 counts of boneless wings and (1) 8 count and they were not cooked all the way through. The sauce that was on there was very minimal and some of the wings had no sauce at all. We also ordered (1) Big New Yorker which was ok, a stuffed crust that was ok (a little shy on the cheese), and a pepperoni pan pizza that had only 5 pepperonis on the entire pizza. With all of that, we had a terrible experience and definitely put a damper on my daughter's big 13 birthday. Was not happy at all. So for some suggestions, if you are going to have seating and a restaurant, there should be servers to take your order and serve your food and drinks. If this is not a thing and customers are to serve themselves, then they should have the options of using coupons for dine in experiences. Also, if coupons are for carryout / delivery only, they should mention that they are not available for eat it.
