I recently paid a visit to this location and I ordered wings and pizza. The wings came out with hardly any sauce on them and the sauce had a sour smell to them. I was highly disappointed in the staff and how they presented themselves to paying customers. The pizza and breadsticks were delicious but the wings were not hitting and I would say money not well spent. Also I would highly advise the store to be prepared to break big bills as they didn’t have any change to break a 50. I’m done being a karen lol just wanted to inform the owner and anyone that decides to dine in or order from this Pizza Hut.
i rarely review anywhere, but i think this location deserves a review. Pizza hut has always been my favorite of all the pizza chains, this location is usually so busy, it was pouring down rain saturday & even with limited staff, they were friendly, hard working, and overall made the visit enjoyable. Everytime i get to eat here im not disappointed, usually i do carry out, eventually i would love to set down to eat inside, the pizza is always great, (something about your pepperoni is just soooo good! ) specials are priced right & affordable & the rewards program w the app is pretty cool too, & it even let's you order & pay w cash for those who may not have debit cards etc...very convenient, i visit at least 2x a month & each time has been great. you are all awesome!!
I ordered food for myself and my family for dinner. The Chicken Alfredo was not true in size of how it would come. It was only a small container for (3) people. The wings were spicy instead of being traditional flavor basic. The only thing I liked was the cheesy bread. I wasted hard working money for garbage food. I could have went to McDonald's instead and got horse meat that was better than that. I can't speak for my family. I can only speak for myself. I won't be coming back or ordering from there again. I have been in the bathroom all morning and experiencing stomach cramps with it..... I am not trying to discourage anyone I am only stating what I have experienced. I wish I could have just ate in and maybe my experience would have been different but I didn't.
The pizza was excellent.the service was outstanding. The manager and the person who was our server I believe his name was Rasheed was so nice and efficient I never leave reviews but he impressed me so much. He went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed,!
There was an electronic hiccup that double-entered the order I placed online. The staff caught it and confirmed that it was not my intention, so I wouldn't be double-charged. They were very busy but still super friendly and very customer-focused!
Normally I enjoy my pizza. I ordered a personal pan pizza and it was so dry. Like 2 popeyes biscuits and a spoon full of cinnamon with no drink dry. It made me sad dry. Still 4 stars because this is my first "not GREAT" experience and I've been a few times and I will be back
The Customer Experience that Pizza Hut had for years has disappeared. since when do you not offer free refills for dining in? And when did dining in basically become self service. If you're gonna make me get up to place my order and make me get up to get my food - why not let me get up for a refill. Ridiculous the price is raised for a soda and you cant get a "free" refill.
Needed a sweatshirt to survive this place. Every customer commented on the cold temp but nothing was done to heat the place. Suggestion: put the fireplace in the center of the room on! Certain menu items are not served at this location. Our pizza was just okay. We don't plan on a return visit.
