I don’t know what happened but seems there’s been some recent changes to the way their pizza is made. Word around town is the owners recently made changes and want everything measured out now, and that reduces the quality of pizza factory’s pizza. It’s just terrible now. What used to be worth the price for good pizza is now just bad, it’s dried out pizza with no cheese, no sauce and skimp on the toppings. As loyal customers who spend money on pizza, we’re thinking we won’t be back anymore if this is how they are going to make pizza that cost $27 for a large. And if they go up more, won’t be back still. Go back to making good pizza, Pizza Factory. You got some awesome workers but can’t make pizza the way they used to. Susanville Pizza Factory blows this Pizza Factory away and makes pizza the way you used too. Very disappointing! Do not recommend.
Initially told wait time was 20 mins for a large half cheese and half pepperoni, lasagna, and pasta. Over one and a half hours later, lasagna and pasta is luke warm, pizza is half cooked with no cheese or sauce on half of the pizza. Called to complain and was told that is how the order was taken. Will not be eating here again.
This place is horrible! Stopped through town and got pizza for my family and I had a salad. I got severe food poisoning! The meat was gummy and the blue cheese crumbles tasted rotten. The eggs were old as well. Horrible place and should have the health department investigate. Very unclean and unsanitary. I was sick for 3 days after eating from this place. Disgusted and concerned for the public.
Hands down the best pizza in the county. The crust is amazing, the flavor is wonderful, and the staff is always so kind.
We where in town for a few days and all the locals said that we have to try the pizza 🍕 from Pizza Factory, because it is great. So we went and got a large all meat 🥩 pizza and added pineapple too. It only took them about 20 mins to make it from when we ordered it, and it was a busy Saturday night too. So all the rave reviews where true this was a great pizza 🍕 and we will definitely be back to try out some more.
I recently discovered that this place was off the main road through Portola and I was able to download the app and order pizza that way. Friendly service and a good atmosphere.
We love getting pizza from here. It's nice that they have delivery. Pizzas usually come loaded with toppings. Everything is so tasty
Cannot understand how they're still in business. Especially when you order pizza over the phone wait 45 minutes for it to be ready only to show up and have the person behind the counter tell you they forgot to make it. Not once but twice in a row... I will never go back!!
