I really like their pizza. They made a custom pizza for me just perfect. But they need to not sit on the floor while waiting for customers made me wonder how clean they are when preparing food.
this place has the worst pizza ive ever had.... first time ok whatever maybe its just what i ordered. second time it was a different time of day and different toppings and still garbage. third time different pizza and its still disgusting. no flavor whats so ever
Used to love this place but the last time I went there the food was pretty baf... they let me wait 30 mins for them to make what I ordered and then when they handed me my pizza they told me that they didn't have half of the ingredients that should have been on the pizza I ordered.... It was crazy
I ordered 10 pizzas and wings and soda from this Pizza Factory location for pick up. I needed it ready to pick up earlier than they opened. Lorinda and her staff went above and beyond to make it all happen. I cant say enough about the customer service!! I did get word from the customer that i sent all of this to and they were very happy guys!! Thank you all!!
I place a time order online with almost two hours in advance and to be curbside pickup, when I got there and call to pick up my order they told me my order wasn’t ready and then they won’t be able to take it o my car because they were short stuff, I can understand that but place an order around 2:30 to be ready at 4:45 and have to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be ready, maybe the wrong day I don’t know. But maybe my first and last time ordering here what I don’t thing than really matter to them thank you..by the way food was really good.
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF! They said they couldn't take $100 bills so I was forced to go spend money at the store next door. Then when I return the MANAGER wanted to charge me for a little ranch cup. I explained I just went out of my way and spent money to get them change and she said "No exceptions." I LEFT WITHOUT MY PIZZA. Horrivle
Pretty annoying that you can spend 65$ on 2 pizzas and some breadsticks but they refuse to take 50$ or 100$ bills. I get if I've only spent 25-30$ but to drop that much cash and not even be able to pay with a large bill? Really annoying.
I do work here so I might be a little biased. But the pizza is great and we keep it nice and clean, we always keep our salad bar stocked. Sports are always playing in the TV. It's great place for families to come sit down and enjoy some pizza.
