Pizza is delicious! Fresh. We orde4d an all meat .Wings are so so good! We're from out of town and the service was so good. Made sure we had everything we needed.
Order two steak subs from here. They had the potential to be good but the way they cooked their subs made it bad. The lettuce, onions, and tomatoes were cooked, which made them completely soggy almost like mush. It appears that they put the toppings on BEFORE going into the oven, which then makes all the toppings that are supposed to offer layers and crunch soggy and pointless in having. Not sure if I would order in the future, it was a good deal, but it felt like I was eating bread, melted mayo, and meat.
I’ve tried to give them a pass, but the product has become subpar with each time I use it. The one in Dumphries is horrible, so is their customer service . I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken. This is the worst one yet, they put grated Parmesan left my croutons and gave me a couple piece of chicken . When I called up to complain about it, they said there was nothing they could do. Even though the order was not correct, and it look like something I could pick up at Walmart for five dollars. I will never order from them again, ever. First of all, this pizza has no flavor. I’m from California, I don’t know if that’s relevant but I know flavor and this is not it. If you don’t like flavor then by all means this is the place for you. P.S I had to put my pizza in the oven an additional 15 min so that it can be a crispy brown color for the dough.
Had a terrible experience yesterday. The pizza dough was not cooked fully and found piece a hair. We normally order twice every month and love their pizza but after our experience last night don’t think we will be ordering again soon.
I’ve been coming here since I moved to the area and have had pleasant experiences. But my last 3 visits here have been below average experiences and my last order was the breaking point for this review. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza with 12 wings. First off, it seemed as if they gave us the last bit of BBQ sauce they had because when I got my pizza there was barely any on it. It was essentially just cheese and bread. And for the 12 wings I ordered they gave us 1 ranch dip. Not 6 wings, not 9 wings, 12!!! and they give us 1 sauce?? Obviously with my order I’m feeding more than 1 person, C’mon Boli’s!! I blame the cheapskate manager. Take better care of your customers and stop skimping on the sauce! Update: my most recent order from Boli’s was good and they gave me a discount for my previous order not being up to standard.
Going to miss ordering from here. Been ordering for years but Called yesterday and the gentlemen told me to call Dale city pizza bolis because I was too far even though I always order from here even have a card on file. Disappointed with the way he went about it. Good food though.
