I am not one to complain, but today was not a good day to order from your location. The sandwich was cold, no flavor and saggy. I did not receive my order until 43 min after the delivery time. I tried to call the location multiple times and no answer. My department and I order from this location a lot and the group has been disappointed the last couple of times. I hope that you all can get employees who want to work and can figure out the kinks in the business, and if you don't this location unfortunately will not survive.
Attitude of the employee taking our order probably should have been an indication about the experience. She was uninterested and robotic, insisted on following her script and didn't bother to engage with us. Then, the order was incorrect. Why ask your customer if they would like to customize the order if you do not then mark it on the ticket? Rather than make a new pita another employee just offered to pick the unwanted ingredients out. Honestly, we don't expect too much but friendly service and accurate orders are a must. We won't be returning.
I was very disappointed in my visit to this location. I love pitas and was excited to eat here and then I got to the register to plaxe my order. Teo guys are standing in the area close to the register, but neither one seems to want to do the job. Finally one steps up and just stares at us, doesn't say anything, just stands there quietly and stares. Everything went downhill from there. After handling our money with gloves on, he turns around and handles the food. Most of the food we bought we threw away. I won't be going back, and I don't recommend it. Good luck.
Great food, genuinely good people. They have a ton of great options (my favorite is the chicken souvlaki) that can fit anyone, and are very accommodating. Quick and easy, I can can get something different every time I'm in there. If you've never been to a Pita Pit before, this is the one to go to.
Ordered food to be delivered and all 4 orders were wrong. I’m pregnant and needed the feta left off, which they didn’t do and I couldn’t eat it because it’s impossible to pick off feta. I don’t usually leave reviews but we tried 3 times to call and get it fixed and it went to voicemail...which was full so I couldn’t even do that It’s not letting me respond so I’ll add it here... the order was actually placed by a co worker of mine named Erin Banman. I believe she used Postmates but I’m not positive
The food here is absolutely amazing and the service is outstanding. Not only were all the guys helpful but even when we came in at closing the were still happy to help us. When 3 people tried to come in the locked door 15 min after they closed, they opened the doors and still helped them. Wonderful customer service.
I deleted my previous 2 star review, only because the blonde woman (I don’t think I got her name) who served me today was accommodating when it came to my red meat allergy, and was very nice. You can thank her for making me a repeat customer again.
First time yesterday and absolutely loved it. The owner and his fiancé made my first experience very enjoyable. I felt comfortable in the environment and the food was over the top.
