This is my first time trying Thai Cuisine. I ordered “Pad Thai with Crispy Chicken” (Sautéed rice noodles with egg, bean sprouts, scallions, peanuts and topped with crispy chicken) I was expecting spicy taste but it was sweet and good! Overall I love it and I also order spicy sauce with that to have more flavor. Actually I love their crispy chicken I even order extra side crispy chicken and rice. Waitress was friendly and helpful. She answered our questions and explain the menu. We will definitely go there again.

It was Friday night and we couldn't find any restaurants without reservation in advance. And then we found this beautiful quiet place where we could finally seat back and relax while enjoying delicious Thai cuisine. It was awesome. We loved it, we'll come back.

Delicious authentic Thai food. It was great. They were extremely busy. I recommend hiring another staff member, Waiter perhaps? Nonetheless delicious.

Taste is ok but too smell as Asian market. Please do air flow for decreasing smell of food.

This is the best Thai food in the area. Having May as our waiter was perfect. She is very attentive, friendly, and respectful. The food was amazing and not too oily. This was a very healthy choice compared to the other restaurants, like shakeshack and tendergreens. Very affordable and the food was made quickly. I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Really good food. Very fresh and really exceeded our expectations. Definitely worth a trip. Ordered the scallions pancakes and veggie rice.

I was never disappointed by Pineapple Cuisine. I got takeout from them regularly when it was located in Brookline. I haven't had anything here that I did not like. Chicken satay was juicy and delicious. Spring rolls were fresh. Noodle dishes were all amazing. Curry dishes were also always a hit. Nothing to complain about.

Awful experience here. I placed an order online at 1130 for a noon pickup. At noon I was told the chef was late because of a train issue, and my food would be ready in 15 min. Long story short, I didn't get my food until 1250. Commute problems happen and I would have been fine with that, but 50 min! I saw dozens of customers come in after me, sit down, order, get food, eat, pay and leave before we got our order. Clearly they were prioritizing eat in customers over us. They gave an excuse it was because I indicated a sesame allergy, but 50 min waiting in store! The owner was not ever apologetic, just kept making excuses. At any other restaurant they would have offered free apps why we waited, or gave us a free entree on the order. But nothing here but an attitude like I owed him something. Horrifying nonexistant customer service. Will never eat here again. Plenty of good Thai around the area. I highly recommend 4 Spoons in Newton Center. Only a few minutes away and much better ambiance and easier parking.
