Incredibly authentic. Fantastic service. They were accommodating on all requests and served the food piping hot and quickly. I wish I lived closer, because this would be a go-to spot. Don’t miss out.

I’m done. After complaining that you couldn’t add or remove ingredients on DoorDash, they actually took the time to somewhat fix it. I give them credit for that, even though you still can’t add extra ingredients. I gave them another chance, and ordered pho with no basil, no cilantro, and no green onion. I get my order and guess what I find? ALL OF THOSE INGREDIENTS ARE STILL THERE. Never again.

A man wearing glasses and a hat is racist, I think. I hope he's not but, All white people's Togo orders are given in brown paper bag, but as an Asian, I just give them in a plastic bag. No chopstick, no napkin inside. He just left the food in front of me without saying a word and walked away. This is my first google review. It feels very bad to be discriminated against as an Asian by Asians. This is the second in a row. At first, I couldn't believe it, but after being beaten twice, it seems that he hates Asians. He's name is Kevin N, He's Asian also...

Their banh mi with the pork belly is so delicious! Both me and my husband are obsessed! Pho was super tasty as well, great stock❤️

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. My pho arrived in less than 5 minutes. The kitchen has all authentic Vietnamese cooks that you can see from the bar, probably all family members. Definitely would be coming back

Best shaking beef pho in Richmond,I have been a long time customer & this place executes great on consistency,if you're looking for a soothing bowl of goodness then this is the place for you,the service is good,the pho comes out in a relatively short time but don't be mistaken the quality is there & you will taste it as soon as you try some of their superb broth,once again I highly recommend the shaking beef pho!!

We order from here often. The Pho is always delicious! My son loves the chicken and broken rice. If he leaves any behind, I eat his leftovers! Yum!!! This is definitely one of the best Pho restaurants around! I highly suggest giving them a try if you haven't already! 😋

Had the beef pho which was okay, the meat was just in clumps which I'm not used to. It's like they didn't separate the thin slices before putting it in the broth. Outside of that the food was great, the pho broth was good and the staff definitely takes care of you! Its kind of on the side of a shopping center but it's plenty of parking available and I would def come back and try some other things off the menu.
