Breakfast Menu "Philly Pretzel Factory" Syosset

Business was clean. Cashier was very prompt at explaining favorite flavors and dips. I purchased the cinnamon shaker which was roughly 7 dollars. The problem is the taste: I've never tasted such bland, rough, and just awful pretzels in my life.

Although I found out they don't sell coffee here, it appeared to be a clean and welcoming place. The smell of the goods was amazing.

If you want pretzels? This is place for you. You will not be disappointed and will most definitely will enjoy what this establishment has to offer. These are freshly made pretzels and they can be made into many different flavors. Check out the menu and pick what you think you would like, order it, eat and let the good times roll. 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Found these guys on instagram and was very happy to fin they had locations in NY and I was very impressed with there pretzels from the pretzel dogs to the cheesesteak bites and just everything was soo good and very reasonable prices definitely will be going back!

Used to swing by here last couple years all the time for a few pretzels and occasionally ordered party trays and bulk pretzels for parties. Today was my first time back since last October. Sent my kid in for 5 pretzels. They charged her $8+tax for 5 hot pretzels (still says 5 for $5, 10 for $8 etc.. on website). I guess inflation hit this place pretty bad too but I understand rent is high on LI. The reason for 1 star is the quality of the pretzels. They were yesterday's pretzels or weren't made right, they didn't taste right. Very disappointing. Will not be returning to this location.

Such a great alternative to the boring office birthday celebration. Pretzels were warm and fresh and the dips were great! Confused as to the negative reviews, my entire office loved them!

Rip off for a pretzel. Was very cold and hard. I could make a super pretzel better. The service was not any better.

We bought 10 pretzels, 2 hot dog pretzels and 2 pretzel cheese steaks. The pretzels tasted blander than pretzels from other Philly pretzel stores. The hot dogs were seriously poor quality, tasted like warm spam. The cheese steak pretzels were foul . Personally I wouldn't be patronizing this store again, almost forgot the store had little or no air conditioning!. I was informed by the employees this is a new one month old store, if it lasts a year I'll be 😲.
